Location According to the original ads … breakfast was at 2 set prices .. visitors and hotel guest … I was charged a visitor higher pricing .. although I was at the hotel for 6 days !!!

We had booked a standard double but upgraded to a "three" person suite as we stayed for a week and the extra space was enjoyed. Great view of Odori Park from our window! We had a meal in the restaurant and thought the meal was overpirced and not that tasty compared to other venues we had enjoyed. For example the green salad was just mixed lettuce, no furhter embellishment. Salads from the 7/11 are more interesting.

What I liked most about this hotel is its excellent and centralized location in the city of Sapporo. Directly opposite the hotel is Odori Park, which is linked to Sapporo TV Tower. This area is also used by Klook as a meeting point for several tours to tourist attractions around Hokkaido, making it very convenient for travelers. Another big advantage is that one of the Airport Limousine Bus stops is located right in front of the hotel, making the transfer from Sapporo city to New Chitose Airport very easy and convenient. As for the downside, room cleaning and housekeeping are only performed after every 3 days of stay in the same room. Nevertheless, the hotel staff will still replace towels and sleeping wear if you place the used ones outside your room door. They will also clear your rubbish bin provided you leave it outside the door every morning. Another small setback is that extra bottles of drinking water are not provided freely and are only given on a replacement basis.

The location is near by the Susukino shopping district, Airport bus stop right in front of the hotel, SPA bath is available daily for hotel guests. Hotel room is quite small in the way

The hotel location is very strategic. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also close to the train station. The room is very clean. I will stay here again when I come to Sapporo. nothing. everything is perfect here.

Location. Bus stop in front of hotel to airport. Free coffee and tea in lobby. The photo didn’t match some furnitures in the room or missing something.

the hotel had a public bathouse/onsen at the rooftop which was clean and opened till late. very good if you just want to relax in the bathouse/onsen

The single room is quite tiny, but included everything you needed. The location is good for shopping and airport. ( there is an airport bus which is outside the hotel) . The refrigerator is under the table which is a bit inconvenient but acceptable. For the onsen, which is really small and crowded while I am using it during weekdays.

Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo was right in the center of all the main attractions, especially the Snow Festival. Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is walking distance to all of the best restaurants and bars in Sapporo. You can also get the Limousine Bus from the New Chitose airport that drops you off directly in front of Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo! I loved everything!

Everything. From the service, the facade, amenities, comfort, location. They offer baggage deposit for the day. They were very helpful and everything was easy. They have a pantry on 2 of the floors where you can get spoon and forks, cups, ice and a microwave. They got a vendo machine in every elevator lobby and they give out fresh towels and pajamas every day. ? it was really amazing! It was just that the room space really is enough for two. That’s my only comment. It it were a bigger room, it would have been perfect. ? But nonetheless we will still return for we had a truly amazing stay!
