Really nice building, very friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. Close enough to the train station and main attractions to be walkable, but was a bit of a jog with luggage. Nothing.

The staff were all wonderful. Wendy at the front desk was particularly kind and professional. We also were very impressed by the hospitality of General Manager Kitahara San. Thank you Kitahara San for your warm welcome! You are a true professional! I feel the price is too high for this location. It’s a lovely property, but priced too high by 30% (?)

It was a short walk for us from a train station and to get to the Sapporo beer museum. Room was smaller than expected, but very clean and bathroom was spacious

The location is very good. It’s close to public transportation and parking is much easier than downtown. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The hair dryer was awesome and toiletries were top quality for my wife. The decor is dark, the WiFi was weak and had no password. The breakfast was disappointing and lacked enough Japanese food - caters too much to western visitors.

The staff at Hotel Sosei was incredible. We were welcomed warmly every time we came back to the hotel, and they ensured we had everything we needed. The decor was unique and left something new to be discovered each day - in a good way. We also enjoyed the hotel bar most evenings before venturing out for dinner, and both of the bar tenders we had were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, and the turn down service each evening was such a lovely touch after long (albeit incredible) days. Although not inconveniently located, it was a bit of a trek between the hotel and train station with suitcases. If you're a light packer, it wouldn't be too bad. However, we visited Hotel Sosei at the end of a 2.5 week trip in Japan; and we were loaded down at this point in the trip. I think a nice addition could be a complementary shuttle, even if it only runs from the hotel to the train station and not the other way around. That being said, they quickly flagged a taxi for us the morning of check out so we wouldn't have to go back to the station on foot.

Excellent location. Easy to get to downtown area of Sapporo. Lobby, bar, and rooms with neat decorations and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

great reception staff especially the Thai gentleman I wish the lounge were more exclusive. I paid a lot of money for all access, but it’s seen that everybody in the hotel she had the same space and have the same free food that Idid. But it was still nice

Charming and lovely hotel, comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast, the nicest and most helpful staff. Especially mr. Santasak who helped us with our car reservation process and problem and solved everything in the most efficient way. We loved this hotel and looking forward to stay there again in our next visit to Hokkaido.

The hotel is conveniently located across from a shopping mall with a supermarket inside, making it very easy to get around. Many attractions are within walking distance, though it can be challenging during snowy or very cold weather. The highlight of this hotel is the staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made the stay very comfortable for international travelers. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a good night’s sleep overall.

We stayed during the Christmas week and really enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a warming welcome drink which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided everything we needed. The staff also gave us some great tips for enjoying our stay. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and were a great size. The food at the hotel was excellent. The location of the hotel was great - we walked nearly everywhere we went. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
