The room very comfortable..the stuff..bathroom.. No parking available

Great location to the main strip, bed was comfy enough. We accidentally booked a smoking room and it absolutely stunk. Thankfully they moved us to a non-smoking floor and was much better. Room is spacious. Bit of a weird vibe ahah

Tiny room and bed

Area of the room is quite wide compare to others.

We were so appreciative of the concierge at the front desk. I made the mistake of booking a smoking room which was not going to work with two little kids. When I asked about any available rooms that were non-smoking, they quickly found us a beautiful space that was bigger than what I had paid for and didn’t charge extra. So so grateful for their kindness in my error. The hotel was a perfect distance to the snow festival in Odori Park and many restaurants/shops. It was also very clean and quiet making it a great environment for our two kids under 3. This hotel is great however we did not like was the pillow situation. They were very small and each bed (we had 4) only came with one pillow. When I asked for more, they said it wasn’t possible. Additionally, the elevator doors will absolutely crush a toddler one day. We were lucky to have caught my son before he walked through. They close so fast and are difficult to keep open. We had to really coordinate efforts just to get our little family of four past the doors before they closed.

The location was great; only a few blocks from Odori station, Sapporo TV Tower and Susukino area. The front counter staff was friendly and always available. The bathroom had a very musty odor that never went away; it was there every time the bathroom was opened. Very old room; had a built-in AM/FM radio in the desk and signs of the desk being altered for use over time.

The location is great. Staff are always extremely helpful and friendly in Japan. 24 hour desk is very convenient. I guess because it is high season the price was outrageous. ¥321,000 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. About 3 or 4 times more than out of season. The building is very dated, wallpaper and carpets that look like they are 40 years old. The room info book describes it having the latest AV equipment which is an AM/FM radio dial built into the bedside table. It also boasts about being able to use the facsimile service. My kids who are in their 20s don't even know what a fax is. There are no USB ports in the room for charging. There is no cleaning. We were told towels get changed and bins emptied which was true but used coffee mugs don't get changed and the bed doesn't get made. You can pay extra to have your bed made every 2nd day instead of every 4th day. All in all while this sounds bad it is what I expected as I also stayed in Sapporo last year in March, the difference is the rooms were ¥12000 for a double per night as opposed to ¥60,000 for a triple

Property was clean and tidy and even though we did not have room cleaning every day we still got clean towels and trash bins cleared. Also the property is super close to main streets of Sapporo. Walking distance to Susukino or Sapporo train line. Not a huge problem but The old fashion key system. It was bulky and had to be handed in to reception every time you go out. But the receptionists became familiar with us very quickly . No major issues.

Location, near the ODORI park, Train station/access and arcade and Dotonbori room quite small for a triple sharing. We booked adjoining per booking.com but room is just adjacent.
-
Affordable price in Sapporo. Helpful staff and the hotel is located near the subway in Odori Station.

We expected the property to be old because it seemed old fashioned when we saw the photos but upon arrival, we were amazed because it has a vintage vibe but its very well kept and the employees are so nice and willing to help. Will definitely book again if I ever come back to Sapporo.
