I was unaware that the booking I made for for a smoking room. We couldnt change it as there was nothing else available. We needed a taxi from the hotel to the train station with all of our luggage including ski gear but there was nothing available so we had to walk 2kms to station in the snow with our suitcases etc.

Friendly, helpful and exceptional staff. Easy, intuitive check in & check out process. Very accommodating to every need. Meals are very delicious too! Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and, snow festival We liked everything!

The location was great. About a 10 minute walk straight up from the train station. We booked last minute because there were no more trains for the night going to Niseko. Booking was easy and check-in was fast. Very flat pillows, but the bed was comfortable!

The female housekeeping agent, who appears to be from India, has a very strong body odor that makes the entire hallway smell unpleasant and even makes me feel nauseous. This issue occurred on July 27, 2024. It is not acceptable to have someone like her working in guest rooms, as the guests' rooms will also carry her body odor. Additionally, the bathroom has a strong urine smell.
