The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Although very clean the room was musty and the TV very small. Breakfast was disappointing but Publix was just across the street. Overall good experience.

The room, sheets and cloths clean, wifi, ice machine, near the beaches and city center, had a Publix supermarket in front. The room smelled damp, the air conditioning was very noisy and balcony not clean

This hotel is close to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. But that does not make up for the issues. The rooms we got was filthy, and stunk of mold. The bed sheets did not look clean. The walk to the room was moderately secure. We checked in, but did not stay.

Don’t stay here. You will lose your money. Rent an Airbnb, it will be much better. The facilities are very precarious, the rooms smell of musty and sewage. They do not offer shampoo or conditioner. We never felt safe about that place and the people there and more having seen a prostitute enter the facilities.

Hotel is old, needs renovation, but great location and hot water available in the shower which is a plus for me. We just stayed one night cause we were just passing by, good price and the bed was comfortable. It will be much better if it was renovated a bit. Besides that everything was great. Breakfast available.

Staff was awesome. I forgot my phone inn the room at check out, they gave it back after checking that the room was clean. Super nice staff. When it gets hot in the halls, you can tell it's older and redone bc of the off smell. But the rooms are just fine once you turn on the air and get rid of the stale air. We've stayed 4x and not had a single issue. Fair for the price.

El hotel por fuera no es la mejor vistas, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, si quieres ir a un hotel y tener lujo definitivamente este no es, pero si está bien ubicado si lo que quieres es tener un lugar para dormir y económico y cerca de todo resérvalo sin pensarlo

The hotel definitely needs to be updated but you get what you pay for. When they update this place I can guarantee you the prices are going to go way up. This place was for the most part very clean but some of the rooms do have a musty smell to them but the ocean is close by so what can you expect? The staff were all super friendly, especially the attendant in the lobby that book us in! The pool was great but I think could have used a little bit more attention in that area. We still enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! The only thing that I really didn't care for was the musty smell in the room but the room was very clean!

Stains on the carpet and the sheets, smells like humidity. Bad customer service. Stay away from this place.
