You have to be let in the front door after 11:00pm. I arrived at midnight as I was traveling back from a wedding in MI. The off-going employee was not very nice. She was waiting for her replacement (who was late), calling her and asking “WHERE ARE YOU?? Then I was told that check in ENDS at 11pm. Immediately I dumbfounded, never heard of that!! The next girl finally came as the first girl ran out the front door. Then she checked me in. The hallways smelled like weed in the morning. The breakfast hostess was very nice.

We checked in on the 16th of August, was there 2 nights. The room was very clean, looked as if it had been renovated. I did not do breakfast but my husband did both mornings. The only thing that bothered me was our check in. I felt like there was an issue with our arriving a little bit early.. 45 minutes to be exact. I did not need to know that the woman working the front desk has a mixed family right after she told me your room is not ready yet, you'll have to wait til 3pm. I watched 2 groups of people separately go in and went straight to a room. Just made me feel some kinda way...We still checked in and again, the room we got was very nice. I did not see her again during our stay. The staff after her was lovely. Would I stay again..maybe.?

Very nice and I will stay there again.

The pool room was recently renovated and looks beautiful. The front desk woman was very kind and helpful. We upgraded to the whirl pool suite and it was well worth it! We'll be back.

Everything was perfect, I stayed in the king suit and I loved it! I’ll be visiting soon and I highly recommend

The room was clean, but the clear soap dish on the sink needs immediate attention to address the dirt/mold underneath…..The breakfast was good, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the amenities(pool and jacuzzi) were great! Will return…..

The breakfast was not very good at all. Very flavorless for a lot of the food or overcooked or undercooked. The beds are extremely uncomfortable other than that. Everything else was good.

Breakfast was alright but eggs were super dry everyday Staff courtesy Staff attentiveness to the need of the client The room near the road was super loud while night, so it shows the quality of the building was very poor

Ha! Nothing. Our room was in unacceptable condition and the hotel was very poorly run. Problems started at check in, it took half an hour for the front desk staff to check the people in front of me in and when it was my turn she was rushing and I actually had to remind her of parts of the check in process. Then we got to the room, the shower curtain had been removed and was sitting in the middle of the room. The faucet and drain from the tub had also been removed and the pieces were left on the counter next to the sink along with a broken soap dispenser. There was a dirty towel in the sink and one on the floor. It also smelled like someone had been smoking in it. When we returned to the front desk there was no-one there, we rang the bell multiple times, phoned but the line was busy, and called out for help with no response. Employees are entitled to brakes however it is on management to make sure there is coverage especially during a busy weekend, if that isn't possible there needs to be an appropriate policy in place because sitting there and ignoring guests is never okay. When she finally emerged after 10 mins she was defensive, unapologetic, and combative. She refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong with the room, we showed her a photo and she was completely dismissive and said it didn’t prove anything because it didn’t show the whole bathroom. She was unwilling to help in any way, never offered us a different room and kept deferring to a manager who was not onsite. Another guest in the lobby told us we were better off leaving as everything about her stay had been horrible and maintenance had just walked into her room without knocking while she was changing. We ended up taking her advice and spent the night elsewhere.

The wifi is very sketchy. The tv froze many times for prolonged period pf time. Shut the tv off many many times and took several attempts to reboot the tv

The place is nice, but there is one thing I need to remember for next year, ask for a room on the side away from the street. The road in front is loud 24 hours a day. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel, a nice happy hour and solid location.
