And breakfast was a great surprise! We loved the additions to the traditional American offerings.

I was disappointed in my stay because the pool did not look safe to swim in. The water was a dark gray, it looked like a chemical imbalance. I did not see anyone swim in the 3 days I was there. Although the staff said it had just opened after a renovation, it did not look safe for children. Also the 2 queen beds felt a lot smaller than queen sized. I felt disappointed I had chosen this hotel after looking a lot for one with an indoor pool and queen beds. I could not get comfortable out of fear the baby would fall out of the undersized bed onto the wood floor with no rug. We were also looking forward to swimming and would've chosen a different place if we had known. The back of the hotel also is poorly maintained with overcrowding plants, weeds, huge thistles, broken equipment. The breakfast was decent, not the best hotel breakfast but a step above continental and clean. Other guests seemed fine, I did not feel unsafe and it stayed quiet.

Front desk was very busy. The young lady handled herself very well. My only negative is she is so soft spoken it is very hard to hear her. Even my 14 year old commented on the fact he appreciated how helpful she was when he went down later, he just wished he could hear what she’s saying better and I had not even mentioned my thoughts. He too said soft spoken. She did excellent, was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, she is just quiet.

Terrible check in and check out experience. Staff were very rude and unprofessional. Tried charging my credit card multiple times for a pre-paid room which was flagged by my banking institution’s fraud dept. The owner made derogatory remarks and false accusations about me in front of guests in the lobby. Breakfast was less than satisfactory. Will not recommend and will not stay there again.

Rooms were fine. We were placed in an adjoining room, next to a family that did not go to sleep until 4 am. They were blasting the TV and music all night. We decided to not say anything at 10:15pm, since we weren't sure if quiet hours were not until 11 pm. We fell asleep at first; however, were constantly woken up by loud yelling, screaming, and the continued loud music/Tv. We eventually decided to call the front desk at 12:45 am to complain. The staff came up to the reported room at 1 am to tell the patrons to lower the volume. It appeared that the children were left alone in that room until 2 am, when the adults came back. Once they returned, they proceeded to loudly pound on the door for the children to open the door, they were slamming the fridge and microwave, and yelling loudly. The pounding of the door at 2am woke my children up. We heard everything next to us as if it were happening in our own room. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep.

The star of the show was Ms/Mrs Lisa ! Lisa was very polite upon arrival and always greeted us when entering the lobby arriving for breakfast or leaving each day . I also overheard her acknowledging every guest that walked by . Our room was the king size and it was very clean and spacious! Bed was very comfortable . The pool just underwent renovations and we enjoyed it along with the hot tub . Adult hour being from 11-12am put the icing on the cake also helps the pool area opens at 6am . Let’s not forget the amazing hot breakfast bar ! One day pancakes sausage and eggs were available, another day was sausage , eggs and biscuits and gravy . Along with a waffle maker , oatmeal’s , fruits , pastry’s and juices and coffee . The staff in the dining area were also incredibly kind . Overall we had a great stay I would highland recommend the property

I liked the bed. It was super comfortable. Reserved a double queen room and got a single king. The AC unit kept turning on and off. It was either really cold or really hot in the room. The breakfast was subpar with mostly/clearly prepackaged food and fruit from a can. The pool was closed for renovations and we primarily picked this hotel because of the pool.
