Holiday Inn Chicago - Schaumburg by IHG

Muy limpio si ,staff muy amable , parking muy vien ,breakfast no me gusto porque no hay café vueno en el cuarto ,! Y la loción y el shampoo que ay en el ban̈o no se si así es el aroma Pero huele como rancio huele mal ....????

Was disappointed by the few GF options on the breakfast menu, and how rigid the one entree and one drink for breakfast in particular is, since orange juice and coffee are not that expensive and give the guest a bad impression, charging just for the juice The housekeeping policy, as it stands, is good, but the execution is not. They missed our request even tho we told them twice (just in case): once in the evening and again in the morning when we left for our business meeting. The rest was great!!!!

I had a reservation through Expedia at this hotel, when I reached the hotel, hotel staff told me that rooms are not available due to overbooking, it was 11:30 mid night and they did not help with any alternative. Staff at the front desk was not cooperative.

When you prepay for breakfast is not very clear why you get. You can’t get coffee and juice with the breakfast! They charge you separately for the juice Dacia from the staff during breakfast was great! The housekeeping service request is clear on paper but when we requested was not clear how to note it and they missed the request at the end. Will be amazing if liquid creamer is supplied instead of the powder in the rooms… and not having at least an extra pillow and extra set of towels would be handy with the housekeeping policy they have In general the hotel is great, comfy, clean, location but service has potential!

There was no microwave in the room but at each floor so it was struggle to warm up food and beverages every single time. Breakfast was delicious but it was not a buffet but a 1 meal and drink combo for each person only ( if you had paid for it) . There was a miscommunication on it and the assistant manager was very mean and disrespectful towards us and infected that we were there for free food which was too offensive. We were so upset that we end up skipping our breakfast the next day. The only good thing was the location - close to highway and a few eating places .

Excelente stay

When saw the place online looked very clean and newish . When arrived the bar was closed when hours of operativna were 5-9pm. Jakuzzi was not working pool was cold . There was no towels in the pool. Didnt have towels in my room no shampoo or conditioner. Didn’t not enjoy it that’s for sure.

Everything was wonderful except for the breakfast. The breakfast coupon state good for buffet or entree, however we ordered our food ( for 2 people, eggs Benedict and Breakfast burrito, plus a side of bacon) and were charged for the bacon??

Amazing Hotel which extremely well maintained and room are cozy and large. Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfasts and free parking. Location is the best - 25 min of driving from downtown Chicago. Many places to eat and safe neighborhood. A +++
