Empty coffee pot in the lobby and awful breakfast. Aldi yogurt, etc and bread toast available but no knives to spread the butter or cream cheese. Not coming back there

My previous stay here was not great due to no internet connection. I gave the location one more opportunity, and this time, the internet service was stronger but still gave out at times. Front desk staff was more helpful this time and checking in went smoother as well. They would be better served by trying to make their internet service stronger.

There was no breakfast, no restaurant, no bar as stated on their website. Everything was run down not working or broken. No discount given for not providing what they claimed they had.

Wasn’t listed anywhere there were renovations going on at the bar/breakfast room which is why we booked here. Staff was kind. Door key didn’t work one day we came back to the hotel but it was an easy fix. Doors were hard to open in most areas and in the room itself.

The location was good, but the property was neglected, and the amenities were minimal.

It was cozy in the room, a/c felt nice That there was no free breakfast. Our room keys only one worked but it was a job to just get the door to open. Room service walked into our room at like 9:30 unannounced. Cops showed up randomly to the location last night? Rooms and overall building needs some improvements and renovations done to feel more welcoming. One out of the two elevators we’re working the ice machine on our level “4th floor” was outta service as well. Overall was a disappointing stay along with paying $190 with the random $75 hold on my card.

Location is great! Overall cleanliness of the room was terrible. Carpets were stinking. No desk and chair in room to work on computer. No breakfast was provided.

We had an issue with the water pressure in our room, and I told the staff about it and the maintenance person was not coming in until 8am but we needed to get ready and they provided us a maintenance room for us to shower and then at 8am ours would get looked at. When we came back for the night the shower was fixed and perfect! The room was clean and nice!
