They could added more pillows and towel just because it was studio!

Advertised airport shuttle but didn’t pick up the phone. We paid for early check in but was told I hadn’t paid even though I showed the screenshot of the receipt. Room not properly cleaned. No spoons or forks. No coffee pot in the machine. Don’t waste your time coming here.

It was filthy, there were burn marks form a hot plate on the floor, the hallways were covered in pet hair, none of the doors leading in actually locked all were propped open. Front desk was very rude when trying to check in after paying for early check in. Had to leave after the first night because how disgusting this hotel was! I do not recommend!

I like everything about the property, I just didn't like the smell of the room

Do not stay here! Checking in takes about 1/2 hour! The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website. They are gloomy and dark. The garbage cans at every door were full and over flowing on the ground. The. Bed was like sleeping on a bad hide a bed. Tried to do laundry. Put quarters in the machine and the machine didn’t work and the machine to buy laundry soap was completely empty.

Don’t stay here if you want to be happy and cleanly.

Would not stay here again unless absolutely necessary. Close proximity to SeaTac, but property is poorly maintained.

I called the hotel before leaving Miami and asked would the shuttle be running when I arrived at midnight? the answer I got was YES sir. When we arrived I called the same number and was told there is no shuttle service take a cab. the cab cost $40.00 plus tip.

If you can sleep threw someone bang under the hood of there car to having WWE match upstairs it's not to bad for the money.Betwwen the shotty wifi to the useless nightstaff the one bright light was the afternoon

I enjoyed my stay

I liked overall the location. Smelled in the hallway like cigarettes. The room was okay, was not looking for fancy but bathroom was a little bit rinky dink. Hard to get the water turned on and stains on the shower curtain. Pricy for what it is.

Absolutely nothing. This is a horrible location and not a nicely kept building. Nobody answered the phone at the property despite my having 5 numbers to try. I called for several hours. I received no return calls to my messages. I had to order the shuttle bus and couldn’t because of no answer so I had no bus pickup. When I finally arrived and checked in, someone had dumped a barbecue out on the parking lot by the building entrance. Someone had been smoking weed near the entrance, which was open so the smell permeated the hallway. In my room, the toilet seat was broken and I almost hurt myself using it.

Good locatiom upgrades to rooms

The evening clerk who checked us in was very friendly and apologized due to the internet acting up and it taking a little bit time to get checked in. The room was clean. However, the comforter had a burn hole in it and the sheets were clean looking but stained. There was a dead fly on the windowsill. The baseboards on the wall under the window were dirty. The door to the room was dented. The ceiling in the bathroom had moldy spots. When taking a shower, the water was verily warm. There was some sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot. There was a man whose car was towed in and dropped off. He jacked the car up, took the radiator fan out and worked off and on on the car for two days while yelling part of the time at someone on the phone. There was a truck that didn't move the whole time we're there. We saw a man sitting in it part of the time. Also, there was a van parked by the entrance with a man and women who appeared to be on something as they hung out by the van or were in it. Didn't feel safe, the keycard readers by the entrance/exit doors didn't work and anyone could walk in.

When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open. There are people that are living in the studios resident instead of just renting them for short-term days. I would not stay here again. The only reason I did stay there instead of canceling my reservation and leave it because I booked it through Expedia and could not get my money back. I do not recommend this place.

Our first issue was that we paid for early check-in and when we got there we were told we could only check in 30 minutes before the normal check-in time. The second issue was that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The shower was dirty and had brown stuff and hair all over it, the bed had cigarette burn holes in the comforter and there were ants all over the kitchenette. The third issue was the walls were super thin. So thin I could hear the people next to us taking showers, whispering, and even the sound of their faucet dripping.
