The hotel was very central to Everton that i wanted to see. It was a short walk to the local bus station to catch the bus to Ephesus. I was able to easily walk to St John's Church and the Castle & the museum. The breakfast was good, though i only ate breakfast once. The receptionist was a brilliant help with anything that I needed. I got my washing done for only 400 tyl

Great location 6 min away from Ephesus ancient city and in a street full of restaurants and coffees. You can easily park in the street. Room was clean and bathroom was big enough. Breakfast was good for reasonable price Nothing to mention, all good for the price paid

Good location. It was non-smoking room. But still had a faint smoke smell. Small shower and The sloppy caulking and grout made the bathroom feel less nice.

Walking distance to transports (bus / train), museums and restaurants Lovely staffs, they are very helpful Room is dated, the toilet needs renovation, could see mouldy stain in the ceiling with paint peeling off. I expected average room as price is quite low in comparison

Good location. Hotel is incredibly old, needs massive renovation works. My shower was awful. The room didn’t feel clean either - wearing slippers around and they were black by the end of my stay.

A very very very basic hotel. Do keep that in mind and dont fall for the 'boutique' title. The room doesn’t even have a phone to contact the reception. So you know how basic the amenities are! The breakfast was good. The overall ambience and amenities. Not a cosy one. The receptionist, even though very helpful, not knowing adequate english to deal with international travellers was a bit of a problem. Nothing big though.

Location is great. Walked all over the immediate area and always found something interesting. Walked out of the hotel's front door on Saturday morning and the entire street for blocks both ways had been converted to a massive farmers produce market. Umbrellas,, tents, tarps, stands and great produce. Then found out that all the side streets had been also converted to a Saturday bazaar selling absolutely everything from cardamom to underpants. No hot water a couple of mornings. Didn't ask why.

the location and the breakfast was good. the bathroom smelled like vomit when we checked in. there was hair in the shower. the shower is very small. no kettle in room. the curtains do not close all the way. the doors to the room are noisy and you hear when someone close to your room open or closes their room doors.

This location is very close to Ephesus. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. Breakfast at the hotel was decent and we enjoyed it.
