The pool, the beach, the restaurant and the breakfast were all great. The grounds were beautiful and right on the beach! So enjoyable! And the pool and breakfast were amazing. The beds in the room are so hard and uncomfortable!!! You toss and turn all night! Also the pillows were so big it was impossible to use them to sleep. If the bed and pillows are improved it would make the experience so much better.

I've stayed here many times (about 7). The breakfast was sensational as always. There is little difference between a sea view cottage and a garden cottage but it is a little better located. The staff are amazing The food and prices at the restaurant continue to be below the standard set by the rest of the hotel. Beer was quite dear at the bar.

Lovely hotel with beautiful garden and pool area right on the beach. Sunset bar had lovely views. Nearby a lot of places to eat and couple of shops. Breakfast had variety. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Just for information: If you will have room with no 107 or 108, those rooms are behind Basilico restaurant, so no direct sea view and the restaurant quests can see to the room balcony.

Incredibly friendly employees, always willing to assist. Breakfast was extensive, very peaceful location with lots of tropical plants and greenery. Rooms were well appointed and spacious.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Food is excellent, location is great, but it's the staff that will make you want to return. Welcoming, helpful, and caring. Juni, at the Sunset Bar bought me an adapter on her day off because I'd forgotten to bring one. Ayudek at the coffee outlet brought me a special coffee her mother had ground because I'd mentioned it the day before. Everyone from the drivers to the trainees - Made at Sunset Bar - were exceptional. Wish stay could have been longer.

the staffs were super friendly and accommodating during our stay. huge and well maintained green area along the beach to relax and stroll around. the bungalow was very cozy breakfast was just ok, could be better room looks dated already lighting inside the room was pretty dimmed no fitness area

The staff and locals are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with room service every day if you want it. Breakfast was good and local restaurants are cheap. Little bit noisy at times, but there were a lot of local organised parties due to it being Christmas holidays. Local taxi drivers hang out outside the hotel and constantly ask you to go on trips.

the staff were 100percent friendly professional and service faultless. Loud music and surprised to have people in the other half of our bungalow when we booked the 'entire freestanding bungalow'

The staff is very nice. The pool is nice. The food is good. To much attention to the groups events who celebrate al kind of party"s. I understand it as a point of view of the business but for the regulat guest it is not nice. Our last day the even build up a pool party at the swimming pool and toke away al the parasols.
