Regnum Carya offers indoor/outdoor pools with water slides, a luxury spa center with massage treatments, a sauna and a steam bath, and a private sandy beach. The staff was genuinely attentive and proactive, making us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The property's beautiful design, luxurious atmosphere created a real escape. Beautiful common areas and fantastic amenities. Please extend our compliments to the team managing the buffet. The area itself was like a living dream—impeccably organized, beautifully presented, and buzzing with a wonderful energy that made every visit a special event. You've thought of everything. We have no negative feedback to share.

The pool near the olive restaurant I felt that a person was with me in the room. Room 2324! When I put do not disturb the staff kept knocking the door. When I put do not disturb and left the room the staff entered my room. My son and I did not feel safe. We left 2 days early…

It was an amazing experience worth to try and repeat, The rooms are very clean and comfy Food; great taste with great options & different cuisine every time . Staff are very friendly , special thanks to Gulhan in main restaurant , she was amazing & we used to find her first before choosing the table ? my daughter Lilia loved her so much. Highly recommend

Everything except the over priced onsite scam artist watersports center Watersports and the concierge team for not helping with the issue. Poor English The watersport team will give you fake prices and then sting you with nonsense fees after.

I loved the entertainment. It was exceptional. The pool parties in the adult pool were brilliant fun. The Tulum night was one of the best shows I have seen. Also the show Flirt was mind blowing. I felt the public pier is a bit out of date and over crowded.
