The staff is very friendly and the place is great. Excellent breakfast. Excellent ratio quality price. There is no natural light in the room and tge elevator is nit yet accesibile.

Honestly, nothing. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an issue that the hotel failed to communicate to us in advance. The elevator from the 3rd floor was not working, which meant that we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs from the 3rd to the 5th floor. What was particularly disappointing was that the hotel did not inform us about this situation by email beforehand. Had we been notified in advance, we could have planned accordingly. For a four stars hotel, especially when guests are carrying heavy luggage, this lack of communication was very inconvenient and disappointing. I believe the hotel should have informed guests ahead of time and provided an alternative solution.

Friendly staff and cold air conditioning The fabric softener/laundry detergent on the sheets had such a strong smell I could hardly breathe. The drain in the shower didn’t work well and there was shaved hair from the previous customer still in the shower under the shower door. The coffee makers at breakfast didn’t seem to be working correctly so I couldn’t get a decent tasting coffee. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries for dinner and the oil must not have been hot enough because they were soggy with oil.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning that came with a remote control, making it easy to adjust the temperature. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the café, which served amazing churros at very affordable prices. I also appreciated the complimentary amenities, including toothpaste, a toothbrush, a shaving kit, and a comb. These thoughtful touches made the stay even more convenient. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing
