Room AC was broken during the hottest two days of the years. The room hit 28C during the evening, making it difficult to stay asleep. Requested fix or room change in morning, but they could only provide portable AC in the evening that barely helped. Had to order delivery of fans at 4am. This unfortunately overshadows an otherwise wonderful experience as it messed up both nights of sleep.

I left my bags to storage at check out. When i came to pick them up. I saw that they put someone else’s ticket on my luggages. Luckily the other person didn’t get mine by accident. This is an unacceptable mistake. Plus the stuff at the reception are not fluent in English which is surprising in a mega city like Shanghai

It has a great location but be mindful about the laundry part.

The rooms are a bit outdated, carpets with stains, breakfast choice does not change and no non-pork meat choice

Exceptional Customer Service (in particular Director of Rooms). Club Lounge Access Location Room, albeit a little dated, was very well maintained. Can’t think of anything.

The Bar Breakfast It didn’t feel luxurious, given it is a Ritz Carlton. They didn’t have luggage carts

The pool section is dated and no umbrellas and the mandatory bathing cap is really disappointing and makes us not wanting to go back.

Everything!!! It’s skittle dated design wise, and not Toto toilet, but the room is spacious, we maintained and that bed is heavily! Love the spa area too, I just wish it was easier to access (you need to sing in and get a key), and open linger hours.

the rooms are extremely outdated -- this is my only complaint about the hotel.

hotel place is great and breakfast choices was 6\10 as I only ate from western and it's little choices but fair, room was clean and everything you need there except there is no water heater.

We used the buffet breakfast once… very good It’d be nice if the breakfast is included in the price, or a big discount with the booking. did not realize that I got charged for not having the room cleaned daily - the daily rate in my invoice reflected different rates.
