No beach to swimming just pool

Amphoras Blu is definitely recommended! On so many levels, the food, the view, the service, the facilities and more! Also the smaller details gave it the cherry on top; the hygiene was spot on, all the staff were beyond nice and friendly, the quietness in the room and on the property, the easy and free towel exchange program, the variety of free food and beverages was insane (including all the beer, wine and cocktails!), the multiple restaurants to choose from every night and again so much more! Amphoras has two all inclusive hotels, one is Amphoras Beach the bigger one where you can go as a family (kids are allowed), and the Amphoras Blu, the Adults only one. A little smaller but more quiet. The hotels are next to each other. A few events, experiences and restaurants are interconnected, meaning we were able to go to those activities even though we booked for the Amphoras Blu. There were 5 different cuisines were so good! Griek, Italian, Asian, Lebanese and Seafood! From a couple who have tried them all, the Griek restaurant was our favorite! Absolutely! The food, the service, the view all 10/10! Shoutout to Tamar of the Griek restaurant, thank you Tamar! Also the extra desk for services and trips was an excellent experience. Mohamed was always ready to help us and explain the different types trips we can make in the desert and beaches of Sharm El Sheikh! Thank you Mohamed! It is not fair to only give a shoutout to these two; for placing a reservation we had to talk to Hadeer, she was always so joyful and helpful! Thank you Hadeer! The service desk was operational 24/7 with always the top most friendly men! Thank you Rezk specifically for welcoming us and also seeing us goodbye in the end! But also Abdullah and Mohamed, thank you all for helping us so kindly. As it comes to the things we did not like or could definitely be better. It is mainly the WiFi. The WiFi is free and accessible throughout the entire park, but in our room it got disconnected a lot. We believe this can hardly be the case for every room but it would be nice if the connection would be the best in the hotel rooms. Then the bargaining, some people are used to this or don’t care, though we appreciate fixed prices. Bargaining at the hotel wasn’t all that common (having one experience about price bargaining on the property, but outside the park it was for literally everything we bought. Just as a tip, bring cash! Taxi's only use cash. Best taxi app we recommend is InDrive (since Uber does not apply in Egypt).

Very good service, clean, very nice beach with an outstanding reef ? There’s some instructions in the hotel that makes a little noise sometimes but wasn’t an issue for me…

The hospitality , friendliness and 24/7 availability for everything Nothing

This review is not based on a single incident, but on several stays over the past few months. I have stayed at this resort many times and recommended it to friends from different countries because I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere, the parties, and believed it was one of the best resorts in Sharm El Sheikh. Unfortunately, with every visit I noticed a clear decline in the overall quality. The food is no longer what it used to be, cleanliness has noticeably deteriorated, and I often checked into my room to find basic essentials missing, such as tissues, bottled water, or even towels. In addition, the cleanliness of some rooms and public bathrooms was well below the standard expected from a resort of this level. I also lost more than one personal belonging during different stays. I reported each incident, but they were not handled with the level of care and professionalism I expected. The worst part of my experience was my interaction with one of the security staff members. On July 21st, at around 8:00 PM, despite having a confirmed reservation, I was denied entry. Instead of simply verifying my booking, he started questioning my nationality and where I was coming from. He then told me, “I could lose my temper at any moment,” and “I don’t want to hear your nonsense.” When I asked to speak to his manager, he replied that his manager was “busy” and that I could sit next to the gate for an hour until he became available. He then told me to “get away from my face and away from the gate because people want to enter and leave freely, and you’re disturbing them.” After this incident, I immediately reported what happened to the Reception Manager. However, a few hours later, the same security staff member confronted me again. This time, he told me, “Go ahead and complain about me,” and “If you think you can do something, go and do it.” He also attempted to approach me in an aggressive manner. I don’t believe any guest deserves to be treated this way.

It was the week of my life thanks to all the team ?

The staff was really exceptional.. we loved everyone there. They were so nice and accommodating. Abdallah in reception who very kindly upgraded our room, Hesham the life guard who made sure everyone was safe, Ibrahim our waiter who went out of his way many times and many others but I don’t remember their names!! The food was good, there were many options. I have a lot of allergies so I’m happy I could eat. I liked the choral reef a lot. Omg… THE ROOMS!!!! They have a huge issue with maintenance. Their ACs are old, their TVs don’t work, the beds creak! We changed rooms several times. That was the worst part of our stay. We just wanted to relax but ended up moving a lot. Another issue was that u can’t expect the beach to be open whenever you want coz sometimes it’s not safe to swim. Many times we’d go to the pool as we waited for it to be open. The animation team are also so loud!!! They play loud music with no consideration of other people who just want to go there to relax.. They put it down when I told them to tho

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with plenty of variety.

The all inclusive was ultra all inclusive, which gave us an amazing food & drinks experience, I mean snacks were available until 5 am “AWESOME”, the staff was extremely friendly and super lovely especially shaaban & ibrahim from kitchen staff, and the food was exquisite, honestly chef yasser and his whole chef team really know what they’re doing, chef eid was also really great and always made sure I tried all new food they made ? Rooms were super clean, and the minute we think we need smth, everyones rushes to help, we had a great time there, Me & my husband really loved our stay ?

The beach area was nice with many loungers, and the alacarte restaurants are amazing. Staff was very attentive and kind. Overall, a very good bang for your buck resort! I got food poisoning on my first day after eating at the buffet. They showed us a web portal where you are able to request room service, and I submitted a request to have bland foods brought up as I was very sick. They did not fulfill the request until 5 hours later, so I recommend calling the front desk if you need anything - do not use the portal. We were visiting in the off season so there weren’t many people to attend to, but we felt as though our meals were being frequently interrupted by staff checking on us. Again, very kind and considerate, but a little too much.

Everything was great, and the service was amazing. I got there early, and they let me have breakfast. Also I left late and the receptionist didn't cut my bracelet, so I could use the perks until I left. You could enjoy the other hotels facilities inside the resort, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. All is good and wonderful.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere and the exceptionally professional and friendly staff. The hotel offers outstanding value for money and exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms are elegant, well-organized, and very clean. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and having five à la carte restaurants that can be booked during the stay was a great advantage. I also loved the ice cream served by the beach. One of the highlights was being able to access the two sister hotels, where we enjoyed the aqua park, evening shows, parties, and restaurants. This made the overall experience even more enjoyable and gave us many more options throughout our stay. A special thank you to Chef Gamal. When he learned that I had a comment about one of the dishes, he personally came to speak with me and prepared it in a different way that I enjoyed very much. This level of care and attention to guests is truly impressive. I would also like to thank Mr. Taher, who is one of the best hotel managers I have met. His friendly personality and genuine care make guests feel more like friends than customers. Special thanks as well to Mr. Khaled, the night manager, for his professionalism and willingness to help whenever needed. I would also like to recognize Hassan at the reception and all the reception staff, both day and night shifts, for their kindness and support throughout the stay. Finally, every member of the main restaurant team deserves appreciation. Without exception, they were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making every meal a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ None. I genuinely could not find anything negative during my stay.

All the staff is very helpful

The location is very quiet and good, the hotel area is amazing The staff were amazing, one of the best stays I’ve had. The food was absolutely delicious and the open buffet had a lot of choices. Especially Ibrahim and Ahmad in the restaurant (breakfast-dinner) were very kind and welcoming to the guests. And special thanks to Ahmad at the poolsode bar. He speaks very good English and provides excellent service. His cocktails were the best! :)
