SENTIDO Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort - All inclusive

It’s amazing, it’s my 8th visit since 2014 Every time trying to change it to discover another resort but me and my children like it The reservation. I tried to extend my accommodation and it was very hard. Reception not have proper way for extension and also through booking failed it was little messy

Good service

We could only stay during our first day, but had to check out early at night due to an emergency family health condition. The hotel reception was helpful, transfer was smooth. We could spend a few hours at the beach, there was both a large sandy entrance for swimming and kids and a jetty to provide direct access to the reef. We booked two tours (desert and snorkeling) through a company operating on the hotel premises just after our arrival and paid USD 200 by card. When we learned about the emergency health situation, we immediately contacted the company representative on cell phone at 7pm and later sent many whatsapp messages to request a refund, or at least, a voucher for future use. But we received no response at all, which was frustrating and unreliable. We'd appreciate any assistance from the hotel representatives in contacting this company or support in resolving this matter. We would also like to note that we'd be happy to stay at Sentido Oasis again in the future if a voucher option were offered by the company.

The location was perfect, with the most stunning coral reef just off the beach. The bay was sheltered and gently shelved so good for even nervous swimmers. We snorkeled every day and the marine life was incredible. All the staff, from the reception, waiters, lifeguards, cleaners, chefs and groundskeepers were friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds were beautifully kept. The food was good quality with plenty of choice. The resort is popular with Italian guests and there were good pizzas and pasta options, which the kids liked. Also lots of middle eastern grilled meats, fish and salads. The room was a good size and comfortable, if a little dark and could do with a few more lights. The unheated pools were cold (December) but the heated pool was like a bath! We hope to come back one day, it's the best place we've stayed in Egypt. Only that the room was a little dark and could do with a few more lights for the evening.

The sea, the reef were exceptional. A la carte restaraunt with a sea view was great. There is a 25m swimming pool what you can use to start your day. Diving instructors were great too. 1. Checkin time is not fixed, if you're traveling a long distance and need a rest, be ready that your room will not be ready in time. 2. Rooms need some refresh. It was a family reunion for us, and we occupied 3 rooms in Sentido, and Oasis Beach hotels (located on the same territory). We all had issues with key cards, that required a visit to receptions at least(!) once. Rooms had no central lights control, air conditioners were loud, etc.

The staff is very professional and very resourceful. We very much enjoyed out stay. Thank you for everything… Beach can get very crowded at sunset.

Everything Nothing highly recommended

We had a great experience at Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort near the Farsha Cafe. We were picked up from the airport without any issues, and since we arrived early in the morning around 6 AM (well before the official check-in time at 2 PM), the hotel kindly offered us a temporary room to rest until our room was ready — such a thoughtful gesture! On top of that, they upgraded our room to a family suite free of charge. The welcome staff were very attentive and friendly. The aqua park was fun, although a bit small and somewhat dated. However, there are pools in every room area, so the pools never felt crowded. If you'd like to go to the beach, there are frequent shuttle services with golf carts, or you can walk there in about 10 minutes. Finding a spot at the beach was never a problem. The reefs and corals are absolutely stunning — I highly recommend trying diving! There’s even a dive center at the hotel. The food was very diverse, and there was always an open restaurant to eat at. There are also several themed restaurants representing different cuisines, which you can book for free. Every evening there are fun activities for kids, and for adults, there are also quiet areas where you can just relax. The landscaping was very well-maintained and clearly taken care of regularly. On a positive note, we’d like to thank the staff at the reception bar who prepared amazing cocktails for us every night :) Some aspects of the resort could definitely be improved. The hotel rooms and furniture feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. I didn’t like that breakfast ends so early at 10 AM — it would be much better if it lasted a bit longer. Also, if you happen to need medical assistance, be prepared for very high prices — the on-site doctor services are quite expensive.

Every staff member we encountered—from reception to housekeeping, and especially those at the restaurant, beach, and pool areas—was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to assist. Their kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made every interaction special. I would especially like to recognize the teams at the restaurant, beach, and pool for their excellent service. Each meal was enhanced by their genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Variety of the food and quality of the food was good, but not excellent, like before. A-lot of mosquito in the room. There needs to be a resolution to solve this problem. One room was amazing while the other room was very bad because of the smell from the sewage system. The night activity in the resort should improve. The floatable bridge for diving and snorkeling needs renovation.
