Staff are friendly The food quality in the buffet was really bad. The reception area has no air conditioning

The hotel is quite old comparing to its prices, kitchen staff were dealing with the customers on the nationality base, especially the chef on the meat buffet . Front office staff were not professional in many situations.. I can’t believe that I stayed three days complaining from the AC, only the last day it works after fixing it. One more situation that I forgot the smart key in the room and they refuse to give me another one,, and I waited to someone to from the housekeeping to open the room for me. My complains just to improve the services.

Animation team for children Reception Value against service I booked all inclusive but no snaks. Even if u asked for coffee or hot drinks the machines was not working. The bar man on the pool who was helpful and active and try to satisfy us and did his best to bring coffee and tea from unknown place to us. Anyway it’s fair if with breakfast only and for children is fair as well.

For economic trip the hotel is enough afford basic needs The staff is not helpfully , the staff in the resturant is not helpfully although i gave tips but the completed not to be helpfull , the furnitures in the room is destroyed and old , acacus bar (pool bar ) one hour trying to ask for a drink the employee ignores us and not for one day , ignoring for all our stay , the reception staff is kind , the pool staff is kind of teeling you dont talk to us , my towel fall at water by fault i wanted to replace it by new one he didnt accept he told me our policy dont approve for us to replace towel ?, For my side three stars is alot for hotel like this ,

Excllent staff, very friendly. Large and clean room with all the important amenities. Very good dinner and nice breakfast.

The room is pretty decent, big and spacious. The spa was amazing. Most of the staff are nice. I asked to eat breakfast on my arrival, instead of the next day. I arrived at 10:05, while breakfast finishes at 10:00. There was no special consideration for my "almost on time" arrival, and I was declined from having breakfast on my arrival. I asked for early check in, and it took a while from my arrival until I got a room. When I asked one the receptionists, regarding when am I supposed to get my room, he got annoyed and said that they are not obligated to give me an early check in. The hotel has its own beach with a shuttle to it, but the drinks and snacks on the beach are not included in the "all inclusive deal", which is a real bummer! Animation is prety poor. The hotel look pretty old. Adding "Aqua Park" because there're 3 small slides, draining in the small pool of the hotel, is a fraud.

There is road construction going outside resort, which was disturbing

Mosquitoes fly in the room by night, make sure to ask the staff for mosquito killer sprays, wifi quality can be improved.
