10/10 service, very nice people at the front desk, one of the best people we met was Ahmed Abdalla at the front desk, and also the manager Essam khairy, they were very helpful and kind. All staff are very friendly and welcoming, great food and diversity, in general just a great experience and will be coming here again 100% No flaws, everything was great

We faced a problem on the Booking app regarding the number of people in the rooms, but the issue was resolved very easily at the hotel

I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Youssef Rayek at check-in and Ihab Abu Elenien from the housekeeping team There were some issues with the buffet; specifically, the oriental desserts were not replenished once they ran out

The staff were wonderful, with special thanks to Youssef Rayek for a smooth check-in process and Ihab Abu Elenien for his great housekeeping service I felt the food service could be improved, as items such as the oriental desserts were not refilled in a timely manner when they finished

I would also like to thank Mr. Mina for his professionalism and kindness, and Mr. Ali from the Housekeeping team for keeping the room clean and always being helpful. Their excellent service and warm hospitality made my experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The stuff was very helpful, they helped up many time , food was good and many varieties were available Special thanks to the restaurant manager he sent food to the room of my colleague when she has unfortunate circumstances and were not able to go down Also thanks to the check in staff they helped me to correct the booking i did by mistake Too many Stairs:)
