Parking is a challenge.

I really like the inside of the property well kept and clean. The rooms are nice and I enjoyed my stay. I also really like the ability to charge my Tesla on site. However, my last night there, there were people parked in the charging slots that were not charging or had an electric vehicle. Maybe they can come up with a policy posted outside to prevent that from happing. I would also just suggest they keep the outside area a little more clean, like where the trash goes because it’s viable where customers have to park.

Fire alarm went off during the night but could not hear it, it was only in the stairwell and not in the rooms or hallways. Only way I heard it was because I woke up to go to restroom. It had been going off for approximately 10-15 minutes from what I was told once I got downstairs. Had a friend on 5th floor where I was on 7th floor n he never knew about it. No staff came to check on rooms to make sure people were ok or anything.

We had a flat bread from the restaurant at night and breakfast in the morning. French toast was amazing. Pool needs a heater and patio could use a little more.

The Location was awesome, the staff was nice and polite hotel was amazing. Upon initial check in my wife did her normal room check and we found leftover food like cookie crumbs, cashews etc corner of the bed directly where the pillows were mentioned it to the staff and they took care of it immediately even mopped and cleaned the room over.

Most of the staff was okay, not too friendly, like other Hotels. A few of the staff you can tell that they genuinely like people but some you can tell they were simply following protocol, no warmness to their greetings AT ALL. They did share that it was a Starbucks and breakfast in the am. Well....its not really a Starbucks...they just have 2 Starbucks coffee carafe. When checking in & going to room, there were visible and lots of crumbs by our door & in the hallway. The fridge leaked, but was fixed asap, but took us a day to figure why water was under the desk. When we left for the day, the room wasn't cleaned but towels were replaced. The soap dispenser was empty so we had to call about that. If your looking for a place with a pool and a bed..this is your place. If you are looking for a warm experience away from home...I would suggest going a cross the street or another hotel.

Rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet. Hotel is phenomenally beautiful. Staff is excellent. No complaints at all. Will be staying again. 10/10 would recommend.

Rooms were nice and comfortable for a brief stay. The coffe was supposed to be Starbucks, but it didn't feel like Stabucks. I bought a muffin and it was ice cold. I had to stand in line and wait for a microwave that had confusing instructions. My main disapointment was with breakfast. A free continental breakfast covers a multitude of sins.

Nice staff very helpful. The room was clean and have all amenities at my disposal. The restaurant was very neat and clean. Staff was great. The decor throughout the entire hotel was beautiful. No complaints. I definitely would stay again. Highly recommend anyone that have plans to visit the Cincinnati area. It's just minutes away from everything. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and very modern, European style. Vinyl floors, would have liked throw rugs by bed. Shower and bathroom were fantastic. Small restaurant was good, limited menu, but good. My Lime chicken was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
