Fantastic staff!! Very friendly, and easy checkin.

Room was clean - bed wasn’t the comfiest, water pressure pretty slow. We also weren’t able to connect our Roku to the TV due to the HDMI ports being inaccessible. Would return, as the place did the job for the purpose of our stay.

I had a two days stay and everything was nice and clean, and the hotel staff was absolutely accommodating in every aspect definitely will stay again!

My room had hair on the toilet seat on the towels and hair in the bath tub .

The staff was nice and the breakfast area was large.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice & clean. Lots of places to eat or get take out within a few minutes drive. Breakfast options were pretty good and I got to use the automatic pan cake machine for the first time and they were very good. I would recommend staying here.

The property is a little dated but for the price and location it was good. Not having on site free water like the ice machines is odd thought.

What we liked: Welcoming atmosphere starting from the entrance all the way to our hotel room. Friendly staff with great customer service. Everything mostly clean. Bed was comfy. Nice decore. Decent TV. The rooms have a nice, comfy reclining chair. They had some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had with tons of options. What we didn’t like: The Pool water was clean but could use a little treatment. Faint but noticeable smell of weed that would come and go and in different areas throughout the hotel. Front desk was notified. Not sure if anything was done. Overall I think this was a very nice place to stay for what we paid and I definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Breakfast is basic but perfect for me. They offer Danishes, cereal, coffee, eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. This was kept up well during the morning I was there for 4 nights, they do not offer any cleaning during that stay. The only thing that i found highly disappointing was the heavy Marijuana odor in the early mornings (7 am anyone?) and afternoons. I was in room 137 near the pool. These smells could not have been coming from the rooms b/c the doors are too heavy. I can only think the person was opening their door to exhale (a ton) OR smoking in the hall. If that is the case there are enough cameras to see this happen. For a "non smoking" hotel...this was surprising and a little rough so early. Overall...I like it here...I will be back...but the smoking situation needs to be taken under control

I liked the location. Did not like that the room wasn’t cleaned daily, and had to beg for clean towels. There wasn’t a hot tub. Breakfast provided was not very edible, skipped the breakfast entirely, except for a glass of juice each day. The carpeted floor in the room was sticky, and not very clean. The beds were comfortable.

Indoor pool was COLD !!! It was less than 80 degrees outside and they had the doors open which made the area cold when not in water plus the water itself was cold as well.

The hotel was very clean. The weekend staff was outstanding! We had one major problem. The room lock did nit work. We were told that nothing could be done until maintenance came in on Monday. We had to stay in the room without being able to lock the door. The staff was excellent! They tried very hard to fix the door but were unsuccessful.

Our room was so close to the breakfast area so it made it so easy to plan our morning! Our biggest complaints would be the consistent smell of weed whenever we entered our room. We didn’t smell it in the lobby or any other areas except for around our room and in our room. We told the front desk and they said they’d investigate but we never got a follow up. Also, the pool wasn’t the cleanest…murky and had leaves in it which was interesting for an indoor pool. There were two outdoor fireplaces that were very cute but only one of the fireplaces ended up being able to be turned on. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. Good value for the price! Loved being able to be in walking distance to the dance competition at the convention center!
