Great stay. Easy stay. Will be back soon.

This was my second stay and it was way worse than the first. No hot water. The AC was busted. Remote for the TV didn't work. I know that you get what you pay for I just didn't realize that it was such a lottery when it came to what room you end up with.

Ther read a smell. It made me nauseous and since. Got a sinus infection there could have been mold. They also never refund my deposit no microwave or fridge

You get what you pay for. It was clean enough. Check in was easy. It was quiet and I had plenty of privacy.

Price was affordable. Food and shopping within a reasonable distance for those without transportation. Quiet. No riff raff considering the condition of the property. Front desk guys were super nice. Free WiFi. Elevator. Rooms are rundown. Toilet barely worked. Phone in room didn't work. Door knob was a struggle. Moisture in the air seeped into everything. Woke up congested every morning. Light over bed was too bright, light on opposite wall was only able to be turned on with the overhead light, toilet was leaking, light inside shower went out. Housekeeping only came around every 3 or 4 days, had to switch towels out myself at the office. Costs extra for a room with a mini fridge and microwave.

I was supposed to stay here for one night while out of town for work. The room was so stuffy and stinky I ended up sleeping in my car. I’m not usually picky either I rough it pretty regularly. The icing on the cake was check out. I had put a deposit for the room & they wanted my card to put the deposit back. They said putting the money back declined & I never got the deposit back from the room I never used.

The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights of stairs to get to the room. My grandson (9) even commented that they had a better room at the same hotel than we did. The overhead room light is on some type of motion control and if my husband or I moved wrong in our sleep the light would blind us and wake us up. We tried putting tape over the switch but it didn’t work so every time I got up to go to the bathroom I woke my husband up by blinding lights. I will not be back.

1) it was close to where I needed to be. 2) it was cheap 3) the shower was one of the cleanest I've ever seen 4) the night clerk was very friendly and quick to help. 5) the bed was pretty comfortable 1) the random screwdriver on the floor of the room when I walked in 2) the TV didn't turn on 3) the walls were filthy and there was possible blood on the ceiling above the sink 4) there was a burn hole in my sheets 5) there was a dead stink bug in my sheets 6) the guy in the morning was on the phone ignoring the two customers ahead of me until one of them said he was going to be late for work. When he asked about changing his room, the morning clerk said he'd look into it and then checked me out of my room before finishing to help the other guy. 7) you could hear the highway, train, and other guests arguing outside clear as day. 8) the bright hall way flood lights leaked through the curtains. 9) the walls had been recently patched but not repainted 10) the picture posted is old. The welcome sign is bleached out and illegible now. I would not have booked had i known the actual condition of the building. 11) the heater was loud and the bed was right next to it. Pretty sure dust flew out when I first turned it on.
