Great service and clean
-
Good location, good value for money The music from the street is loud and you can hear it in the room
-
Great pool with a passable breakfast. Location is 10 minutes from pub street but close to all essentials. Bathroom shower curtain was a little mouldy but negligible
-
No much choice for breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was amazing and friendly, The room was perfect. The pool was awesome. The WIFI sucks. I mean really bad. When I checked in, the staff member hinted that it might be a problem. It was, every day. Nobody on Booking.com mentioned this. All of the ratings were perfect. It's hard to know what to believe anymore. Those of us who rely on WIFI are often forced to use our hotspots to work and plan for the next part of the trip. It's unfortunate the so many hotels have WIFI problems and do not address them. It's not fair to the guests.

We stayed five nights in this pretty and super-clean hotel. The general decor is lovely; the room was beautiful and the pool is very clean and pleasant with towels and lounge chairs. The staff here is just darling! Ra speaks great English and went out of her way to order and deliver a Bachelorette Party cake to a restaurant for one friend in our group! The location is great; easy to walk into town and always tuk-tuks waiting nearby to take you further. We checked in as a group of 10 and there was no porter guy to carry our bags upstairs to our rooms; the women at reception had to haul our heavy bags up a couple of flights of stairs....SUGGESTION: hire a strong guy to help with bags upon check-in and check-out and do general stuff like gardening and pool maintenance around the hotel! Siem Reap is full of guys needing work. There are also stairs to go up into the hotel (and no elevator which I didn't expect) but lugging our own bags up after a long day of travel was not fun. Also the hotel faces several bars that become loud until late at night...ask for a room at the back. Breakfast is OK, someone makes eggs to order, but fruit and yogurt would have been nice additions; there was never enough fruit in the morning. And in a town full of divine croissants, pastries were minimal...

Everything was perfect besides where the hotel is located. There’s several bars on the street that aren’t really bars…if you know what i mean. Only the street where the hotel is located

I stayed one night at SAKABAN Suite and had a great experience. The location is excellent, close to the center but quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a short or long stay. What really stood out was the exceptional staff – incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. They even let us store our luggage after check-out and offered a shower before our night flight, which was a huge plus. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I recommend this hotel.

What really stands out is the lovely staff, especially Theroy at reception, who goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The surrounding area is very convenient, with multiple shops, great restaurants (including excellent halal options near the mosque), and a few bars with pool tables nearby. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay in Siem Reap!" Nothing

We asked to stay at the back of the hotel as the front faces several bars and that was perfect: quiet and green! The pool is cute and intimate, not great for laps but easy to relax in their lil oasis. They were keen to help us set up tours and getting rides to and from the airport was awesome. Easy to walk into town and shops! The breakfast is meh: just fine for a breakfast included during off-season but there are so many lovely breakfast places to visit... I know it's cultural to ask, "where are you going" (vs. how are you) though it felt awkward to be asked by multiple staff each day.
