Beautiful historic property on the river with large rooms. Nothing

Power went out and staff didn’t seem to know until I brought it there attention. No 24 hour room service. Dirty pillow case at one point.

The staff was courteous and pleasant, albeit most were inexperienced in their assigned role. However, the location was ideal and the reason for the booking. The place has tremendous potential, but it just feels as if they've not bounced back from Covid in terms of staffing and their amenities being fully utilized. We encountered a water leak that flooded the bathroom area (around the tub which was not used). It was addressed, but they told me it was fixed after the floor was mopped. It was clear that a pipe had likely burst in a wall as the concrete walls were discolored from the water seeping into it. They moved us to a new room, but later we saw them preparing the same room for another guest. We also went into the restaurant twice with no one on site. The first time, we left and went elsewhere for a meal. The second time, we called the front desk and they sent someone over to take our order. It felt understaffed.

Nice pool, clean bed room

A nice and cosy hotel with plenty of mature trees and other plants in a relaxing enviroment.

The location was great, close to everything. The villa units were nice and private with your own entrance and.private patio. The included breakfast was nice The hotel is close to everything therefore it can be noisy at night. We were there during the water festival so I'm assuming it was noisier than normal. If you are sensitive to noise you may want a unit in the back away from the road.

At busy times, wait staff seemed a little overwhelmed.

Perfect location, very spacious rooms. Furniture and bathroom lighting needs updating.

A tranquil oasis within Siem Reap. It is a perfect spot for a couple's getaway to enjoy some alone time. The villas are absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. I really loved the pool, and the service was outstanding. I definitely come back here. No complains at all.

Vey clean and well maintained. Staff very attentive. Food good. Excellent location to visit Angkor Wat. Walking distance to market/shops, and restaurants. Room large and comfortable. Great shower. Lovely swimming pool. Didn’t like the layout of the bathroom as three separate entities and frosted doors.

Lot of space in Villa

The room was lovely and big and with a great patio. I loved the pool and it was always nice and quiet with enough sunbeds The breakfast could have been better but OK. not a buffet so perhaps not as much choice as other hotels, but not a deal breaker

The owner, the staff. Location is great. Internet was a bit sloppy … but you are supposed to be on holiday :). Something was wrong with the main telecom towers.

Excellent pool area. Great breakfast with attentive staff. Very enjoyable 'sky bar' area with fantastic happy hour prices overlooking the river. Great way to spend the afternoon watching the locals go about their daily lives. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, with a very short walk to 'pub street', but far enough away not to be disturbed. Will definitely stay there again.
