B1 Boutique Hotel Sofia

The hotel is very modern and with excellent facilities. It is the best choce if you need a short stay close to the central railway station of Sofia. A sauna and steam room faciluty were also included in the reservation and we didn't know about it. The rooms windows facing the street don't have proper insulation. For a hotel with this high quality it was a bit unexpected! If you are a sensitive sleeper may want to consider other options. Otherwise, everything else was perfect, not much to complain.

Big room, clean and nice storage. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower in the bathroom has no divider or curtain so water goes everywhere.

The location is quite close to all top attractions. The room is very clean and every day they clean it very well and chnage all towels. Actually the air conditioning is perfect ? The Valeria the receptionist was very nice Nothing major, like elevator is very slow. And actually the toilet seat is fragile and also the TV channels was not working

It's a good option for those who need to be close to the train station or intercity buses from Sofia. The noise of the tramway passes in front of the building. It's impossible to rest during the day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially at reception during the daytime. The location is perfect if you need to be close to the Central Stations. Food in the restaurant was of good quality. The TV System was rebooted at 2:00 am and lit up my room which was annoying especially when one is trying to get over jet lag. The in room telephone and safe both were not operational. The reception area had Cannabis odours one morning which was unacceptable.

It’s very clean, the room is big, I stayed there for a whole week, if you ate in the restaurant, you can have a 10% discount. The air conditioning, I felt very hot inside, and no air conditioning for this

I Think nothing Omg a lot. Breakfast are awful… everything is as an old food . Some kind of corn flakes are in jar since centuries I think. Slice from ham is cutted for 4 another slices … this same with cheese … coffee is disgusting :( is only few things on breakfast. For dinner which we chosed unfortunately was a lot to eat but chef which prepared the food one day was reaaaaly good and then it was totally disaster .. location is in wrong place next to the railway station without any lifts ;( we were with stroller . I think that I can write and write . Lift also doesn’t worked during our stay for one day . And we live on 5th floor unfortunately.

Comfortable with helpful and friendly staff

A very nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness was excellent—especially impressive considering my toddler definitely gave them some extra work with the daily cleaning ? They were also very accommodating: they helped arrange my transfer and provided a child bed in the room, which I really appreciated. There are a few minor things that could be improved. For example, the bathroom door didn’t lock properly due to an old lock and was a bit difficult to close. However, aside from that, everything else was in good condition.

Hotel management did not moved our reservation from booking.com to their native system. As a result we were met very cold by the night concierge who barely spoke any English and who started to speak very rude once he did not found our booking in their system. We spent more than 1 hour at the midnight until he clarified by phone with his manager the details, then activated the key, the we were given with the wrong number unless I specified multiple times that I have booked an upgraded room. The room itself was a joke instead of "deluxe" - cold tile floor, huge empty kitchenette, curtains with holes and a sofa with cigarette burns. I liked nothing. Badly trained personnel, mess with reservation system, cheap products breakfast and overall impression of a dusty place.

Excellent hotel, comfortable beds, large rooms, very clean, quiet, cozy, rooms are cleaned every day, a new good gym, a good sauna, pleasant staff, convenient location, next to the bus stop, good breakfast.

Breakfast and on-site spa location to downtown mall of Sofia

Room and staff were great and beyond my expectations. Location worked out for our needs but otherwise not the best neighborhood.
