This is an excellent hotel near the Sofia Central Railway station and public transport. The AC was working properly, the room was clean, WIFI was excellent. The room was also the perfect size and the breakfast with different varieties was tasty. I would also like to add the hospitality of the staff members who made this stay very good. My only wish was a stronger fridge. The fridge didnt cool items enough and it would take long. But other than that, nothing bad!

Very close to the metro , great staff too! The room was decent size and had all you need. The breakfast was good enough

We found a naked women in our hallway deficating on the floor.

Quite disappointing given the 4 star ranking and the price of the room. Even for a one-night stay, don’t expect much. Everything feels neglected and superficially cleaned. The minifridge was falling off when opened, there where food crumbs on the night stand next to the bed, dirty carpet and the bed sheet was inside out. No toiletries in the bathroom and the shower gel was already done when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty bare minimum. The parking is next to the hotel, but it isn’t supervised.

Friendly stuff, smooth check in and check out, convenient parking.

I booked the hotel mainly because of proximity to central railway station, having a very early train out. So the location was a bit compromised for the city itself, but I knew that already and actually it was only a 20 mins walk into the centre (or a quick metro ride). The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Mattress was excellent and there was a good strong shower. Breakfast was fab - great selection of hot and cold things, coffees and teas. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and because I was leaving before breakfast started (7am) made up a breakfast bag for me to take. So very happy all round. The location means it's s obviously not so convenient for the city as other hotels, but then you can see that when you book and it's still a pretty easy walk or metro ride to get to the centre.

Both rooms we were shown (and decided to stay in one of them because it was too late to look for options) were in a terrible condition. The place is just dirty and I don't think housekeeping works at all: we found belongings of previous guests in the room, trash was not taken out, the sofa bed was not made (because it was broken to begin with). We had to sleep with the window open because of the stale smell, but all the AC units were next to our window, so it was very noisy too. I am not a picky guest and usually prefer to address small nuisances directly with the staff, but I felt this one needs a big warning for other people to avoid; I know you're getting what you pay for but to be honest this wasn't cheap either.

Location is perfect from the bus station
-
Nice staff, comfortable facilities and good public transport to city center.

Not fancy but exactly what we were looking for for a one night stay before heading off on the train. Good breakfast! Nothing - no particular frills but didn’t expect them
-
it's too early (10:00 AM) to finish the breakfast

Location is really good, right across the main train station. Close to all public transports. Walking distance to good restaurants and parks. Has a free parking spot next to the hotel.
-
Close to the train and bus terminal and easy access to public transport. Nothing

Late evening check in was quick, efficient and friendly (thanks Martin!) Room was spacious, modern, and quiet (with the window open I could hear street noise but when closed barely any sound), bathroom was clean, bright with roomy shower and strong hot water. Bonus: lots of outlets/plugs. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and staff worked hard to make sure everything was available and organized. - one day was bit crowded but other 2 days was not busy, The hotel is about 20 minute walk from Serdika (which was fine as I like to walk and explore) or 2 stops on metro, which is right next to hotel. A plus is the train station and bus terminal are also just across the road (which is why I picked the hotel)

Location

You hear the trains all night, it put me to sleep but kept my husband up. No horns, just moving on the tracks.
-
Comfortable room, free parking, friendly staff. Breakfast selection could be improved.

Was very pleased with location and staff Bathroom was a little dirty an had mold in the shower but if you want close to train it’s right across the street

Nice hotel near the train station. We were leaving very early in the morning to catch our train and the staff was very kind to provide us with the ‘breakfast boxes”. It was a bit noisy at night due to the numerous tram lines across the street.
