Aris Hotel Sofia

A clean, comfortable, modern, and safe hotel with very friendly staff. Its location is very close to the bus terminal, about a 5-minute walk. There's a delicious Turkish restaurant right next to the hotel, and the owners are very helpful. You should definitely try their food; I'm sure you'll like it. Plus, when you choose this hotel, you don't have to worry about where to eat. There was no kettle or coffee/tea maker in the room, and no slippers either. Also, it would be great if a sliding screen system could be installed on the balcony to protect against insects and flies. Apart from that, it was wonderful, I would recommend it to everyone.

Close to city center Separate parking with payment required for 24 hours of 15 euro per car even though we stayed just 15 hours at the hotel. The flor is old and used and it had something that made it very slippery on it. I believe the cleaning before our arrival was done in hurry and more cleaning substance then water was used. We found some hair in the "new sheets" of the beds and the bathroom looked quite used and should be renovated. We stayed at 1204, deluxe apartment

Garden view with a balcony is gorgeous❤️ really close to metro stations and bus station. Great communication with the owner, our a few hours stay was comfortable

Location was good The heating system did not work at all, leaving the room uncomfortably cold, and the walls were extremely thin, allowing noise from the adjacent room—especially loud snoring during the night—to be heard with complete clarity. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly.

Terrible experience, the heater didn’t work properly, the shower drain didn’t work, cold room, uncomfortable pillow, not a good location, no friendly staff, tricky elevator, too expensive for the quality and service .

Good location near the central bus and train stations, as well as tram stops, on a quiet street. Very helpful staff.

breakfast WAS GREAT LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT

No breakfast option, despite being written on a sign hanging above the reception. Ceiling in bathroom in a very bad shape with mold. Small sheets that didn't cover the bed properly. Weird air conditioner. Feels like the whole hotel is not being maintained properly.

What I didn't like is how they interact with you I can understand that there are some language barriers, but that doesn't explain why they don't try to make you satisfied with your stay, I had an AC problem and they told me they can't change my room and they can't do anything about it which was really strange

Toilet smells so bad. Ventilation in bathroom is absolutely not enough. Smell comes possibly through the ventilation. I mean it is a systematic problem.

Nothing Everything Receptionist was an old lady and hardly spoken English. She was not polite and can’t talk to guests. AC was bad an dirty Bed and bathroom were also dirty No breakfast as well even no paid breakfast option

A totally unreliable hotel, I don't recommend it at all. I booked a room with no prepayment needed (payment on site), when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist simply told me that a client came before me, he gave money so he's been given the room!. They only sent a message on booking at 11am !!

Wonderful staff. Lovey facilities. And close enough to the airport that you can sleep in just a bit more. It was a lovely stay.
