Aurora Sofia Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Aurora Sofia Hotel. Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is also excellent. What made my stay truly special was the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I would like to express my special thanks to Georgia. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my stay. Her warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made a real difference and made me feel truly welcome. A big thank you to the entire Aurora Sofia Hotel team for your exceptional hospitality and dedication. You all made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel was clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful when I had questions. They got me a taxi at 3:45 in the morning to get to the airport for my flight and everything was very quick and easy. The hotel is a short distance from the metro and on a tram line. Oh, and the air conditioner was such a luxury! It was not located in my favorite part of town, but there was easy access to restaurants and a grocery store, as well as public transportation, so this was not a big deal.

Beautiful place, friendly staff and excellent location.

The room is quite new and clean with good decoration. The bed is quite soft and comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast is nice as well. Few minutes walking to city center. I really like it and enjoyed my stay there. I heard few sounds from my neighbors in the night. Don't know whether it is because the wall is not sound proof enough or not. But it is not a big problem.

Our room was right next to the elevator so whenever someone waited for it and chatted, we could hear them.

It’s in a quiet street , looks new and very clean , the staff is super nice and helpful . The room is well designed and organized and the total feel is quality . The location is a bit problematic . 20 minute from the center and every interesting place .

The property was very clean and in a great location. The rooms were comfortable, nicely designed, and made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, there seemed to be consistent miscommunication among the staff. We were informed at check-in that breakfast was included, but when we went to breakfast, the restaurant staff said it was not. The front desk then confirmed again that it was included, yet we were ultimately charged for it. This back-and-forth was frustrating and could have been avoided with clearer internal communication.

Great location near public transportation

Extra clean, top interior design, underground garage and very good breakfast Kinda tricky to exit the underground garage, strongly recomend to exit in reverse backward. Not Something You cannot do if your're experienced driver. Else, you can use the outside parking.
