I liked the activities , food , animation team was ok and the view and beach were spot on the staff was absolutely amazing Many things, the service was Poor , the fact that you only get a bottle of water once per day in the room is annoying , also the reception was really bad , no explanation on where to find what

Just being close to beach Furniture was old and doesnt have anything. Refrigerator was working loudly.

Amazing views, food, facilities, staff members and accessibility to the resort. This resort is known by most taxi drivers in the city and it is very well located. The room had some ants, but other than that, we had no problem at all. They just need to get rid of ants in the rooms to be a 10/10.

The first contact with the reception people where extremely rude, on their phone while serving you, speaking to other in their language while serving you, not going the extra mile for the customer, I asked to pay in Pound and was informed that can only pay in Euro, doing so the Hotel will control the exange rate, and took all together £15 from me for commission on paying. My wife had a food poisoning and was informed that if the doctor came in, I would have to pay €40 for the visit, but I was never giving another option, i.e., hospital. You are seeing as a money bag's, extracting the maximum possible from you was the goal, I spoke French the Hotel worker national/Education language so confusion was the cause of this. The staff from the swiming pool, kids Club and the Restaurant was amazing ? alway smiling and helping. Even the Manager of the day of my arrival was verry stubbies and arrogant. I was looking forward to a good holiday but will not want to come to this Hotel.again. The staff from Cantine, kids club, entertainment team, and proximity of the Ocean.

Location and pool THERE ARE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, even inside the rooms. My bed had ants rolling on me. Some employees were nice but some were really disrespectful towards women.

The place is massive, some parts I just discovered after few days. It's quiet, right on a beach, had a sea view room it was amazing. Room was spacious with a large bathroom. Cleaned every day and staff made animals from towels on a bed. Food was delicious and lots of choices, the staff was very attandent. Beach was great, soft sand and nice warm sea. Security got extra beds out if it wasn't available any. Private, security was around and beach sellers were not allowed to go up to the beds. Animation team was great, lots of programs every day. Beach party was the best with foam party, but should be longer not just few hours, people loved it. WiFi was good but only available in a lobby and in a terrace. By the beach I could barely connect and in a room it was no chance getting a signal. Its 2024 WiFi should be available everywhere in a hotel.

Buffet options are good, alot to choose from. Majority of it tasted lovely. The access to town and the beach was great. Convenience of everything included was great. The rooms looked nothing at all like the pictures. The resort is dated, it needs some love in some areas painting, upkeep etc. The WiFi was terrible.

The property is in desperate need for refurbishment Please lunch a basic refurbishment as the hotel is in a good location has the ground and the facade in order to be one of the best hotels in souse
