I had to extend my stay for 3 more days for two reasons : Meeting my soon-to-be wife there for the first time and how amazing the whole infrastructure was as a hotel , the staff was unbelievably friendly especially Hicham who welcomed us with open arms , the food was unbelievably good , the hotel rooms were always clean and janitors were so pleasant and if you tip them they always do something extra in the room apart from regular cleaning , I got the 1411 room which will always be engraved in my memory as the room that my life changed in , and I'm glad it was at this hotel I'd like to add that with all inclusive everything was well done , from the pool with free bar , snack bar and beach with also a free access bar to the entertaining activities they were doing at the pool , I cannot wait to book again next year and enjoy another round of stunning views , amazing atmosphere and beautiful experience as whole Well if I had to write anything here are two things that I didn't like : some specific food they serve there is just reheated frozen food and some others were just badly made , they're specific ones tbh the food was absolutely mouth watering and the staff are always at your service if you want refills for whatever's you're drinking , but I had these chopped potatoes that I can clearly taste that it was frozen and this particular Gratin that tastes like it was just boiled potatoes with lots of eggs white The other thing I'll complain about is kinda weird but it's "hand band racism" , see at the check in they give you a colored bracelet, for me it was light green and for my wife and her friends it's dark green , at first we didn't pay attention to it but we clearly noticed how different the treatment was based on the color of the band , for me they treated me well and when my wife was with me they treated her equally, but when she was alone or with her friends she was kinda side-eyed by the staff and just not treated in the best manners , it was also confirmed by her friends as well , I know that light green says north African visitor and dark green means European visitor (we saw on other people too) there's also grey band , red band and yellow band but I'm not sure about those, but overall it's kinda weird they treat people differently based on their origin even tho I got the better treatment

Location, pool, beach Food, Restaurant waiters, room was alt....

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel looks good. The room had a beautiful view. There is a need to improve the quality of the products they serve like the juices that are the worst, they tasted like powdered fruit flavor drinks with a lot of water.. Some places looked outdated and needed cleaning for the comfort of the guests.

The hotel in general The hotel overcharged me by 150 pounds, they didn't charge me the price that was agreed on booking.com and instead charged me for an upgrade I didn't ask for, very disappointed as I feel like I've been robbed, I will defo be back to sousse but I don't think I will be back to this hotel, the movenpick just round the corner doesn't steal money on customers so I think I will stay there next time

Absolutely awful experience Starting with the receptionist, who told me that you cannot Check-in cause this hotel is only for couples, even though nothing is mention on booking.com like that. Extremely rude when I ask her politely, she said that I need to cancel my reservation and they will take some amount, after too much time speaking with her she said that she needs the approval from her manager. After waiting 10 min on the reception, I got the approval from the manager, I planned to stay on single room-All in- for one night, i tried to pay the amount with my card but the POS machine not working. The same receptionist said that I need to cancel my reservation cause the problem was with my card even I tried two different bank cards, after speaking with her awhile she said that I can go to the other hotel ( Occidental Marhaba Hotel ) to check the POS machine there. I did finally the payment with my card on occidental hotel. My room 1354, I had a lovely sea view but there is issues with electricity not all lights are working well. Food was reasonable. Limited drinks served with paper cups.

the staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us Beautiful hotel with amazing service that exceeded our expectations. Fatma went above and beyond by offering me and my friends a complimentary upgrade to a Seaview suite for my birthday. It was truly a great experience, and I highly recommend this top-rated hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return

The staff was amazing helping people is no issue exp as my husband is in a wheelchair they really could not help enough The bathroom grout has gone black rooms quite dated but it's only for sleeping

This hotel is always a good choice. I have been there 3 times already and all the time we felt very welcomed. Excellent food and location. Staff at the reception is veeery friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Farug. He ist the best one! For sure we come again. Thanks for everything!!!

Good

This hotel is in a very bustling and busy tourist area with everything you may need in close proximity. We had everything we needed and more. Very clean and well kept rooms and surroundings. Staff were really helpful checking and out were both very smooth. I would definitely stay here again. N/A

Clean Food

First the reception! Mr Khaiss (i hope i writting his name correctly) was fantastic. He made our stay very comfortablr and was always helpful for every question. He went above and beyond his responsability! He basically did two jobs reception and concierge! The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpfull (our house keeper, cooke, barman…) i just have an exception about the safe guard at kids water play. He comes late and spends the rest of his time playing with his phone. You better watch your kids yourself. I believe the property needs some refreshment from the floor to the wall! It looks quite old in my view..
