It was very nice experience , Hotel Marhaba was exceptional , very good location , special thanks to Mrs Islem who was very kind and helpful , thanks to all staff who were very kind to us , Animation team were amazing and joyful , clean pool , amazing private beach , food were delicious with different kinds , the room was large and clean , hope to see you again next time

Very nice staff all friendly and welcoming, food was good, room and facilities were clean and the beach is amazing.

The check-in experience was slow, and we had to walk all the way from the resort gate into the hotel without anyone taking our bags. The resort should consider sending someone to assist with bag/customer pickup from the front gate. Additionally, they should create better relationships with taxi pickups. The taxi driver they called for us scammed us, and I feel like the hotel could try to build a business relationship with drivers to help guests prevent getting scammed.

We liked everything here. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are friendly and also other customers. The hotel was quiet and warm. In addition, the food was dilicious. The facilities are fantastic. The room is good but it needs a little renovation in the bathroom. Not as bad as to complain about.

We met a few minor issues but the staff took action quickly and the problem was solved quickly.

Excellent! Everything was enjoyable,from the check in when we we’re greeted by Mohamed(very friendly) ,to our stay,housekeeping staff very nice people! Breakfast and dinner -greatttt!❤️ Our vacantion was amazing!!

The room was very nice and the pool area had everything you could need. Service was very fast at the bar. The best thing was the hotel staff - Bechir at reception were particularly helpful and made our stay a pleasure.

We had a truly magnificent experience at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, rooms, common areas, and facilities were always spotless. The service quality was excellent, well-organized, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and pleasant, making it a perfect place for a holiday. We sincerely thank the intire Marhaba Beach team for their hard workand hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

The staffs were very nice and polite. Value for money. The shower and toilet facilities in the room are outdated. No kettle and slippers are also a minus for Asian tourists.

I liked that we were able to have delicious meals on site. The check-in was pleasant and efficient, and Bechir the reception clerk was very friendly and helpful.
