Very friendly stuff, great food and the amenities

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling, from the management to every team member. Special thanks to Ms. Rafika and Mr. Ayouni at the reception for making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cleaner than expected, the spa was very relaxing, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits. A perfect family vacation—we felt treated like royalty. We highly recommend and will definitly come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tour Khalef. The sea was beautiful, the beach was well maintained, and the pool was always clean and inviting. One of the highlights was the excellent food, with a wide variety of options available every day to suit different tastes. What truly made our experience exceptional was the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Leith and Fradj, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. No matter the inquiry or request, they consistently found a solution and ensured that everything was taken care of promptly. Overall, the combination of the stunning seaside location, excellent facilities, diverse dining options, and outstanding service made our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to others. One area that could be improved is the room temperature control. Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, the room could become quite warm at times, and guests have limited ability to adjust the temperature to their comfort. More individual control over the room climate would greatly enhance the overall guest experience

We had an exceptional 9-night stay at Tour Khalef Hotel Sousse, and honestly, every single day was just as enjoyable as the first. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. A special mention goes to Sahbi for his flawless service in the restaurant and his constant care throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made every meal even more enjoyable. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Amor, who was constantly present to ensure that the restaurant service met the highest standards and exceeded our expectations. He was always kind, attentive, available, and genuinely listening to us to make sure everything was perfect. We also deeply appreciated Mr. Ridha, the bar manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their availability, attention, and willingness to listen to us truly made a difference during our stay. A warm thank you as well to Nassim, the assistant bar manager, for his friendliness and excellent service throughout our stay. Mr. Amor and Mr. Ridha are outstanding professionals, always attentive to the smallest details and constantly making us feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. We would also like to thank Fethi, who welcomed us warmly upon arrival and carried our luggage to the room with a genuine smile and great kindness. Throughout the entire stay, we received many thoughtful gestures and exceptional care from the staff, which made us feel truly appreciated as guests. We are extremely pleased with our experience, and we have already booked our next stay. We are looking forward to coming back very soon!

Too much people.

there is one man inside, i dont remember his name he is a cringe man but the others is very good one s The animation team is very good especially that one girl The pool is very very good and the view is insaine u can take ur wife or ur kids to play and u take a nap with a chill vibe the tv XD there is only two channels i guess and its hard to manage and change, maybe the remote is bad

Service room was excellent. Mme Jihene Bouzayane was very welcomed and very respectful to us and do a very good job. Also Thank you Bliss for you generosity.

The food and the kitchen staff are good The reception claim management was not good . The room was not cleaned for 3 days. The room tv was broken and they did'nt change it The safe box was broken and they didn't change it

Very friendly staff Drinks in minibar were expired

The staff was amazing, the food was excellent, the hotel is very big with many pools. Everything is decent to be honest. There is one elevator for the whole bloc A which is very inconvinient especially during rush hours, also the restaurent open hours not very good, there is no late breakfast. Also there was reinnovation works (drilling at 8 am and also paiting smell)
