A Wonderful Stay at Occidental Sousse Marhaba I had an absolutely fantastic vacation at Occidental Sousse Marhaba. Everything was perfect — from the beautiful beach and the relaxing swimming pool to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Wiem, Mr. Habib, and Mr. Mahdi for their outstanding support and hospitality. Their kindness and assistance truly made a difference during my time at the hotel, and I’m very grateful for everything they did. I’ve also shared some lovely pictures with them to remember these great moments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Sousse. Everything was on point.

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable sleep. The lawn and outdoor area was perfect, tidy and fresh, well taken care of, the gardening team are doing a very good job. The lighting at night is perfect. The activities and animation were also good. And a very nice surprise, there's an actual gym with weights and everything else you need, make sure to bring your gym shoes, they don't allow you to go in flip-flops. The food was good, and the manager of the hotel was doing his best to keep residents satisfied. The guests are also good and calm, no problems at all. Some of the workers are selective in their treatment. After complaining about it to the hotel the problem was instantly solved and we were very happy with the quick response. They really do try to keep the residents satisfied and care a lot about it, so that's actually a good thing. You won't get dissapointed, the hotel manager was very quick to take action. Also what I didn't like is that you can't go to the beach at night, it's a bit restrictive, I like sitting at the beach at night, in understand they it's for security reasons but there should be at least a closing hour at midnight.

They treat arabs differently i still don’t get why

1/ To start up this is not our first marhaba hotel to try : we've been in better marhaba facilities. 2/ Reception is friendly 3/Room is quite clean and good view but too much noise and poor maintenance 4/Food varieted and good 5/Swimming pool ? and covered pool good ? To sum up, it was a good journey in general but there are better Marhaba facilities with the same price such as Marhaba beach and marhaba royal salem in Sousse both. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was lovely till I had 2 items taken from my room and nothing as been done about it ?? I've been so let down with the manager not getting back to me before I left

Elegant hotel ,wonderful view ,room super clean ,professional staff. poor snacks ,same foods,no variety!!!

It's a very large hotel and has a few rough edges that could do with lick of paint to spruce them up, but that in no way lessened our enjoyment there! Cocktails on the All Inclusive weren't great and I'd have happily paid for a decent Pina Colada ?

Lots of space. Wheelchair accessible everywhere, ramps are steep but they’re fine, and there’s lifts. Multiple bars on site, including a indoor shisha bar. Cash point and money exchange service on site. Great shop onsite. The staff were happy to help with everything we needed! A bit dated. I’d say it’s 4.5 star for Tunisia but if this was in another country it would be 3 star. Lots of food options but it’s the same food every day. The snacks are left overs so would be nice to get fresh things during the day.
