Ai Hostel

There's really nothing that can be done about this, but the bathrooms get very hot and humid. But it's summer.

The staff was lovely, really seemed to care & wanted to visit. They made sure my check in went smoothly, even when my bus was running late. Wonderful experience overall! The lock on my locker didn’t work very well. I’d always have to try a few times to get it to lock or unlock.

The location was perfect. A 10-15 minutes walk to the port. A lot of facilities around. It was clean and space in the hostel. There’s was not always someone at the counter, however they we’re available on call. It would be great if we could cook our meals.

I really liked Anja the owners attentiveness, there was an issue with another guest and she took care of the situation within 10-15 minutes of me sending her a text. All was good, only thing is that you’d need to let the shower run a little bit otherwise it would be boiling hot. But this is just a minor inconvenience.

The bathrooms are sometimes a little dirty (stray hairs, bathroom smell) because of the guests, but overall, it’s pretty clean for a hostel and probably the cleanest hostel I’ve been in. The staff do a really good job!

Perfect location, 12 minutes walk from the city center. The hostel is very clean, bedrooms and rooms in perfect condition. Anja and her mother are the best! Very friendly and helpful people! 100% recommended! .

Staff was super friendly and breakfast was amazing, also everything super organized Shower could not regulate temperature and was a bit too warm, but besides that everything was great

Quick and easy to check in. Very central location with potential free parking in the front. Very well organized bathrooms. The male bathrooms smelled very strongly like piss -- it was nauseating (I couldn't shower)

The bathrooms were large, and there were lockers with locks. It was a nice place

Close to Old Town. Breakfast included. Laundry service. Good size locker in room. Towel included. Room was a decent size and you don’t feel too cramped with the other guests. No lock on room door. No curtain on bed. Very small towel. Shower pressure is terrible!

Good location , good staff Bes Mattress wasnt comfortable enought, also toilets were not v clean , they should hire a cleaner to do this job not doing by themselves. Also breakfast was just ok , could have been better . Overall stay was fine

I didn't like the fact I had to leave

Hearty breakfast with a variety of sandwiches and some cereal. Spacious common area with essentials for a fuss-free stay. Towels and sheets were provided, toilets cleaned daily. There was also a lockable closet and key entry for the main door so the hostel was very safe. Highly appreciate the light and wall plug for each bed as well! Note that they switch off the AC and air the rooms in the morning while they clean, which may make it warm during summer if you decide to sleep in. It's essential to refresh the air in the room though, as otherwise windows are shut and there is little air circulation. This is a small family-run hostel and the owners are kind and helpful but very busy, so I hope future travellers stick to rules and be considerate (looking at reviews on other platforms). From my experience everyone had a great time, although if you are expecting them to make exceptional accommodations, or to get away with making a mess please look for a bigger chain hostel.

My favorite were the owners, spent such a short time but I love them so much. Such a great location, super close to everything. Very walkable distances. Great breakfast options, personal lockers, and nice fat mushy pillows ? No complaints

The hostel is really clean and with a spacious common area, and the breakfast is really great there's everything. They are also really helpful to explain you how to get to some places

The staff was beyond amazing! The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was good. The bed comfy, the guests were nice and quiet. The common space felt open to everyone. Nothing

The ladies on the front desk were more than accommodating, helped me out with parking as well as my extra luggage. Bathrooms were exceptional and has ac in the room. Breakfast is a great bonus as well! There are people snoring like saws so maybe bring earplugs?
