The front staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the 24 hour gym and pool were a plus!

Quick check in. Good clean rooms. Ice machines could be marked better. Breakfast was good. Staff was always nice and respectful.

The staff was beyond wonderful and kind! Parking was easy peasy. The room was really clean, and the housekeepers were so friendly and thorough!! Front desk were so sweet!! Really amazing people!!! I will say… kinda yikes at the lady who runs the breakfast buffet. She’s not so friendly. At 9:58, she’s following you around hurrying you up to get your food and get the hell out of her area so she can clean up and go home. Most of us staying there have been evacuated from the fires, so it would’ve been nice to give us an extra 5-10 minutes before rolling her eyes, crossing her arms, and on the brink of yelling at people. Like I said, it was 9:58. Not even 10. Anyhow, everything was great besides that lady. I wouldn’t go back for breakfast again.

We were evacuated from our home due to wildfires and our days were chaotic and scary. The staff at this hotel was absolutely fantastic dealing with a packed house full of displaced people, dogs, and kids. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and empathy during a very stressful time!

We traveled with three teenagers and had a King room with a fold out couch and long chair. Staff was very friendly, assisted us with a roll away bed that was a read bed, not a folding bed. Everyone was friendly. We appreciated the secure parking, clean rooms, and liked the breakfast options. It is a hotel that shows they care about hospitality.
