No cable in my room. Ac is loud. Hidden fees!

In no advertisement were we told that the free breakfast or the fitness center was off-site. This was not helpful for is. Also, it would be better if people knew that free breakfast was only for 2 people & it was a very limited option of food choices that were free.

Pleasant

Other than the squeaky floor in j my room making walking around annoying it was great as everything worked and was within walking distance of my leadership conference. The train noise was more than I expected haha. Like it was just a shower as tub showers don’t make sense. Great and friendly staff.

Check in was very efficient. When I wanted to check out at 4.00 am, there was no one at the reception, which was locked. There was a note to call the reception of another one of their hotels nearby, but the room phone was not working, so I just left. This was slightly disappointing.

Arrived around 5.00 am and was able to check in for last few hours of my booking. Receptionist took a while to complete process, but was very polite.

Room was very clean and the breakfast at Rosie’s was so good!

Great area;however, there is an active train station. I slept through it, but my husband woke up several times.

The room itself is pretty nice. It was organized and vacuumed, but didn't smell like a clean room. Beds had a scent like someone slept on top in sweaty clothes. The beds were comfy though - I slept well. Nice bathroom - remodeled, but water pressure could be much better. No on-site breakfast, but they give you a free voucher for Rosies, just down the street. Voucher is limited free menu or $6 off anything else. Food was very good! I got the French Toast, but the burrito that would be free looked big enough to split into breakfast and lunch!

Staff were amazing and assisted me with my TV when it was not working!

The staff was great. The parking was great. They allowed my little dog, which was great. The room was fine for two nights although it’s very dated and could’ve used a thorough spring cleaning.

Not the greatest location/hotel but you can’t complain too much about the price.

Stay here if you are hard of hearing because the hotel is located below the train tracks and a train runs through there every hour! I did not sleep at all. They did supply ear plugs, but the noise was so loud, one needed noise canceling head phones. Nothing was replaced the next day like clean wash clothes or coffee. The bed was comfortable -- too bad it was irrelevant to my stay. We did not even stay our next night -- we just packed up and left. Really a waste of money.

Nicely designed and furnished rooms. Very clean. Great downtown location. Free breakfast is at a diner two blocks away.

Location was perfect! Loved the diner around the corner for breakfast. Tons of parking, Nice rooms. Loved the atmosphere of the Place.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
