Staff were helpful. Breakfast was food at Rosie’s. Close to downtown. The train runs right by the hotel, but the noise isn’t terrible.
-
The staff are great and the location is great for down town Spokane. Close to everything. All easy walking distance
-
Was there for hoopfest. Great location, but you have to be able to contend with the elevated train that rumbles by all day and night. It really sucked at night.
-
The araff was great and polite. Some guest were very accommodating f. D quiet guest, others were not.train very lose ch. sights. The motorcycle people were taking the handicapped space I am one and her sticker. Why did they think they could satkenir??

The staff were great. Happy to help. The rooms were clean and a good size. Loved the quirky murals around the walls of both thumper and especially the lower levels. There was a seated area with free coffee and hot water with vending machines for snacks. This is close to reception so we missed it at first as we parked on the lower level, but great once we saw it! Parking was easy enough, and if full we had use of a public parking lot across the road. You could also watch the freight trains going by on a regular basis..first hotel i have been to that supplies ear plugs just in case, though the sound didnt bother us. Walls were a little thin. Lighting was poor as it was all side lights again. Water pressure in the shower was poor. Motorcyclists also seem to prefer this hotel and they could be very noisy, especially when they arrive in the wee hours of the morning with their music blaring!...Not the hotels fault I know.

I actually felt as though this place covered it all. Breakfast at a nearby diner, parking covered in the lot and/or a lot across the street (with validation). Our stay was great!
-
Older hotel - nice bathroom renovation but not a good layout - you walk into the shower to turn the water on - that water is COLD at first. Trains are near the property - probably a nuisance for some. Breakfast was at another place down the street but the line for it (and they were slow) was too long to wait - thankfully a Starbucks was near by - Parking and location - OK

Room was clean. Parking was safe and plentiful. Great breakfast included. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.
-
It is reasonably priced by my old man status, it's expensive but not stupidly expensive.
-
Good hotel in a great location! The free breakfast at Rosie’s was amazing, highly recommend the breakfast burrito!
-
The person who was working on June 3, 20026 at night. Was very helpful.
-
The room was basic and clean. I liked that it was downtown Spokane, and close to everything. The complimentary breakfast at an adjacent sister property was good.
