We had to move rooms at 12 in the morning due to a squeaky air conditioning vent.. the room we moved into was not as nice as the one previous..

The Davenport is one of our favorite places to stay. So fancy, the beds are great and love the amenities. We definitely will be back!

Beautiful hotel with convenient amenities. One of our pillows had clear and stomache turning evidence of a previous occupant, not great.

We arrived well after 4, waited in a very long line for an additional 30 minutes, check in staff was rude and dismissive loudly stating that the hotel was overbooked with weddings and guests. The weddings took over the entire bar, communal spaces, carts and elevators for hours. When we finally got to our room where we were able to order a drink, we waited about an hour PAST the estimated delivery time before calling and being told that we surely had to know they were busy and that our order had been forgotten. We were then delivered two very warm, poorly made and expensive drinks. Beautiful hotel, great location, truly disappointing.
