ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THIS COMPANY HAS FALLEN OFF TERRIBLY! This hotel, both the Historic Davenport and the Towers were Walt Worthy's legacy. The best and the grandest of them all...NOT ANYMORE. The staff, the fees, the charges and the attitude of the people who work there is TERRIBLE. STAY ELSEWHERE. One of the greatest things about Spokane is not a joke of terrible service and employees that think they are what is important and not the customer. STAY AWAY!!!

This was my second time staying at the Davenport Tower. It was just as I remembered, every staff member we interacted with was helpful and courteous. Super comfortable bed and the late night cocktail and flatbread to cap off our night out was wonderful. Definitely will stay again.

We stay here whenever in Spokane. My only complaint is the parking garage elevator is disgusting. This isn’t the first time it’s been this way. I’m not really sure who is in charge of keeping parking garage clean and it may not be any one from The Tower but it does reflect on it.

Michelle checked us in and was an absolute delight! So sweet and professional. She upgraded us to the honeymoon suite for our 6 year anniversary and it blew us away! So great and the perfect getaway:)

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Lobby is very nice, luxurious feel. Waitstaff professional and friendly. Housekeeping friendly. Front desk staff dismissive/almost rude. Parking garage validation info. from front desk staff inaccurate. Had to come back to lobby from parking garage for additional assistance. Body wash empty/never filled (asked housekeeping) and body lotion 3/4 used and smelled weird for L’Occitane (higher end body care product) Shampoo 1/3 full. I was surprised by exterior of building. Boxwood landscaping grown out, no upkeep. Planters, sides of building, sidewalks incredibly filthy. This was surprising to me considering the upscale reputation of the Davenport hotels. Quick weekly power wash and monthly landscaping would be well worth it to maintain higher end hotel feel.

Our one night stay was great. All staff were helpful and professional. We valeted our car at the wrong hotel and the transfer was seamless. Large comfortable room.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, lobby bar and cafe and all staff are excellent. Only complaint was room located right off elevator kept us awake with people returning from wedding celebrations, etc..
