Good overall stay - things could have been better

It was a good stay

The coolness of the room during the late summer was refreshing.

The room was clean, though it was booked for a 4 person stay we only got 3 towels and when we called down for an extra one we never received it which was disappointing but we didn't try to request it again. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Clean and quiet. Pool was nice and the breakfast was great

I could hear my next door neighbor coughing through the adjoining door. Everything else was good.

Ok place to stay, reasonable price and property needs TLC but OK for a night stay.

staff was friendly. hotel was a bit run down but functional. didnt have the strength to open a stairwell door ut we could avoid using it to get around.

The rest of the hotel staff were absolutely miserable and un-helpful. The first room we were given reeked of wet dog and smoke and had no hot water or wifi. The night agent said there was nothing he could do about any of it. In the morning Geri gave us the option to cancel the remaining reservation or she would us into another room that afternoon. We selected to change rooms to avoid the hassle of looking for other accommodation. The second was a bit better as it had some hot water and no smell. If you think this comes with breakfast, please don’t be fooled. Apparently it’s only on weekends. The lady working there was very loud to tell us she hates working during the week, because management does not order food during the week and she hates being yelled at by guest. I’m guessing this was not just a one off during our stay. We left with a yogurt and an apple, because they were out of EVERYTHING else. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. If management reads this - please give Geri a raise - she is the only good thing about your hotel

place is currently under construction for upgrades so hot tub unfortunately isn't available. But other than that, it was a great stay

The rooms were large. Beds and pillows comfortable. Main carpet needs to be replaced. Rooms need a deep cleaning such as lamps and light switches and windows

This is a great stay!

Staff (Chelsea) was so accommodating, breakfast is great, hotel was like 10 mins away from the places to go.

We smelt choline in our room throughout the night. Sink was leaking and could use a fixing pipe was taped up so when we turned it on we were met with a leak … other than that I did advise the manager of such and he was kind I hope he fixes the sink as when we barely touched it it appeared it was going to fully break off the wall but rooms was clean and decent

Neighborhood is kind of sketchy.
