I absolutely love this hotel and this was my second stay here. From the moment you arrive, the staff are warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, making you feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On this visit, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an Executive Suite, which was fantastic. That said, I also loved the charming attic room we stayed in during our previous visit. The location is excellent—just a short tram ride from the station followed by a two-minute walk to the hotel. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's perfectly placed for exploring all that Strasbourg has to offer. Breakfast is continental in style, with plenty of choice and a good variety of fresh, tasty options. The staff also recommended La Corde à Linge restaurant in Petite France for traditional Alsatian cuisine. It certainly lived up to expectations, offering delicious food and excellent value for money. I genuinely couldn't fault this hotel and would happily stay here again on future visits to Strasbourg. There was nothing to dislike
