L'EtC Hôtel

The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check in nearly two hours early at no extra cost. The rooms are basic but clean and exceptional value for money. Great location too a short walk from nearly everywhere.

Pleasant

Just a brilliant location right in the centre but my room was still quiet. They were happy to store my bike in reception and the breakfast was very good value as was the room charge.

So close to the cathedral and the historic centre of Strasbourg, and it’s on the tram line from the station, so it’s super easy to get from the station to the hotel. A very friendly welcome from the reception, who were always ready to help. It seemed that there were many good restaurants and cafes close by.

The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The room I stayed in had a good size. For my taste, though, the mattress was a bit too soft. The hotel is very well localized, you will find everything close to it. Because of the time of year, the room got pretty stuffy in the afternoon and at night, which made it a little harder to sleep. The room didn't have a fan or air conditioning.

Good hotel in central Strasbourg - they allow you to keep your bike in the hotel main area. Good breakfast on offer.

It’s very central. The staff is nice. There is no elevator - I had to carry my suitcase to the 3rd floor. There is no hairdryer. And then the sheets did not seem to be totally clean - like there was little hairs and stuff on the sheet.

Location was excellent. The rooms were small but very clean. The bathroom was newly renovated. The best thing was the staff. The receptionist was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and she went out of her way to meet every request. The cleaner was so hard working and pedantic. I would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay here. The receptionist was super lovely to us all the time, and was always up for a chat. Our rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. We had a separate toilet and shower, which was fine. Bathroom was spacious.The beds were comfy too, and the pillows weren’t too soft (hard to find here!). Plus the location is excellent and everything is walking distance. Yes there is no elevator, but it’s just either one or two sets of stairs to the rooms.

Breakfast is whatever but honestly when you're in Europe, hotel breakfast doesn't matter that much. No fridge in the rooms, and you can kind of hear people walking upstairs, but those are the only things.
