Our room was surprisingly large and beautiful! The staff was nice, the included breakfast was great, and the 24-hr coffee and tea and filtered water dispenser in the lobby were very appreciated. This place is also perfectly located between the train station and the town center. They did not have A/C, which was tricky for a hot summertime visit, and there was a standing fan in the room that helped a little, but we were still pretty toasty unless we left all the windows open at night, which cooled us down but involved a lot of street noise and early morning sun.

Wonderful staff! The downtown location is very convenient, the room was spotless, and the free cold bottled water at reception was a great touch. The room has two beds and might feel a bit tight for two guests, but as a solo traveler, it worked well for me. Above all, I want to make a special mention of the staff: everyone was so kind and accommodating. Their outstanding service truly made the stay and completely elevated the overall experience despite any small limitations. A few areas for improvement: The garage access was quite stressful: To reach it, you have to drive through a pedestrian zone. Additionally, you must first stop at the reception to pick up the garage remote. This was very difficult because there is no designated temporary parking spot in front of the hotel, making the initial stop quite stressful. No air conditioning: The rooms definitely need to be equipped with AC or a proper climate control system. While I appreciated that they provided a fan, it simply wasn't enough to handle the heat.

Location was great for me. Tram just outside the hotel. Smaller IBIS size was also great Bathroom in my room was quite small

There was no air conditioning and a weak little fan.
-
Location, bathroom (!), breakfast Room could be a bit larger or with more gardrobe
-
Location Parking and that we had to move our car the second day. Breakfast needs to have more options like scrambled eggs and bacon. Rooms are too small.

Rooms are clean and cozy, but rather small and limited furnitures (e.g. no real desks). The location is central and convenient, but relatively noisy during the night. Agreement with local gym is a nice plus. Breakfast was disappointing with small portions and limited choices (even from a french standard). Rooms are far from being sound-proof so one can hear the activities of the neighbors.

I would have really liked to have a safe in the room. An electric kettle would have been nice to have, also.

Excellently located near the city center, the hotel has everything you need for a short stay in Strasbourg. The hotel is located close to Petite France, and there are coffee places and restaurants nearby. Train station is only 10 minutes walking. The room was big enough for one person, with a comfy bed and the bathroom was recently renovated - although a bit stuffy. Heating and hot water were running all day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although breakfast provided was good, with delicious bread and fresh pastries, a bit of variety is to be recommended.

Location breakfast Rooms a little bit small

The stuff was amazing! Very polite, very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean!
-
Pricey for the value of room but during Christmas market so probably seasonably higher than normal.
-
Location was right at Petite France. Very walkable to everything. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean. Very minimalistic and tight. If you have excess or large luggage not the place for you. No drawers for clothing or wardrobe closet. No safe for valuables, or refrigerators. Plastic chair in the room. Nothing was comfortable after lots of walking.

A little bit of noise for the trams but nothing serious
-
- clean room - good location - good wifi

River view, mostly quiet, lift, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
-
the room of this ibis Styles hotel is unusual large room, compared to other cities.
-
The smell of sewer soaring from the bathroom's sinks... It mustn't necessarily be the same in all rooms but our had that issue and it wasn't pleasant at all.
-
It's perfectly located. With all the touristic sites very close. Tram stations very close, too. The facilities were very beautiful and nice. The breakfast was 5/5. everything was perfect.
