Freundliche Rezeptionistin, modernes Bad, zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer waren etwas aus der Zeit, müssten mal renoviert werden. Trotzdem war alles soweit ordentlich. Es ist etwas hellhörig.

The location, the super friendly staff and how clean it was! Nothing! This is just for anyone who might be wondering: there’s no elevator, so bear in mind if you have some kind of physical limitation. And there’s no AC. They leave a very good fan in your room which we used a lot and we slept super nicely with it on. We didn’t suffer the heat.

The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check in nearly two hours early at no extra cost. The rooms are basic but clean and exceptional value for money. Great location too a short walk from nearly everywhere.

Good hotel in central Strasbourg - they allow you to keep your bike in the hotel main area. Good breakfast on offer.

Great location, nice accommodating staff, comfortable beds. Good value for cost. No air conditioning. There is an electric room fan.

Breakfast is whatever but honestly when you're in Europe, hotel breakfast doesn't matter that much. No fridge in the rooms, and you can kind of hear people walking upstairs, but those are the only things.

n Centrally located between Notre Dame Cathedral and Petite France. Located on side street from Rue du Grand with its large choices of eateries and shops. Helpful and thoughtful staff. We arrived early before our room was ready so staff showed us another one that was available and then showed us other rooms not yet cleaned so we could make an informed decision on which room to take. A standard continental breakfast but the selection was adequate and tasty. Very basic with few amenities. Smaller room but adequate Very clean and tidy.

Room was looking at really dirty place. No real air, if you open the window you have spiders coming in. It was not straight in the floor.

I like the room, was simple but very clean and comfortable, and tidy room. I will concider next time when i can come at Strasbourg Maybe to have some more facilities, it will.be better.

Very good value for money. It was the cheapest accommodation I could find downtown and it was well worth it. 15 mins walk from the station, tram stop just in front. The receptionist was very kind and the room was already ready when I arrived around 2 so I could work with the high speed WiFi. They also let me leave my bags at the reception. I could sleep well, I didn't hear the tramline at all. The bathroom was super big. The room could have been cleaner, there was hair on the floor. Also the fan in the bathroom was very loud and I couldn't turn it off. Luckily it stopped by the time I went to sleep but it was annoying.

The location was great being right in the middle of Strasbourg, it was a quick walk to get to any side of the isle. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English.

It’s perfectly located in the center of the historic island. The woman who runs it is really kind and helpful. The beds are SPECTACULAR! I love a softer cozy bed and they deliver that. The room was perfect for me, the bathroom clean , the water hot, and the window opens to catch some fresh air.

The location is awesome, right next to the rue Guttenberg and Grand rue, you can walk all the city in a single day. And, actually, if you're a hiker you can make a brisk walk from the Gare Central in 20 minutes to the hotel - takes the same amount of time with the tram. Staff is super helpful, nice, and friendly and it's a rare gem in French hospitality industry. Breakfast is a great value, fresh baguettes each morning, orange juice, coffee, and few selections, though, fresh. Great value deal. One floor was under renovation during my stay. The bathroom was extremely small, and the room had a strong paint/chemical smell, so I had to keep the windows open to ventilate.
