Food was simply terrible.

I loved the water park and attractions. Also pools were great.staff was nice and helpful especially bartenders even they looked tired alsways try to be polite.program was nice and entertaining. The bins around the pools were overflowing with rubbish from cups from all inclusive and wasps were around which made it dangerous for kids.they didn't empty it all day just evenings.toilets by the pool never had toilet paper even i told them there is none.our room was overlooking the pool and untill midnight kids were swimming and streaming no rules for quiet after 10 sometimes even after midnight and with small kids it was hard to make them to sleep. All inclusive restaurant was always fight for table waiting for table for 6 even 20 minutes and they didn't allow us to put 2 tables together as it was their policy so we had to be separated with our family.food was salty spicy and greasy so our 3 year's old kids didn't like any of this just bread fruit and vegetables but if you came late there was nothing left and they didn't refill.missing kids food .even French fries were spicy. Beach is close but far if you go with small kids and you need to take stroller as wooden path finish quiet far from sea and you have to carry it .and you need to cross the dunes.

I like the facilites of the hotel, big rooms and comfortable beds, the food was ok. The cleaning services should be improve in the rooms and pool area.

Aquapark was amazing many attractions for kids. Loads of food and drinks. Many sunbeds always found free. Nice rooms descent size. Nice staff on reception always helpful. Also animators and bar tenders were great. Service was very fast and nice. Food was descent but not much variety after 10 days we couldn't eat it anymore and went to restaurant last two days. Always same rice pasta yogurt they never changed the type or taste. At least spaghetti or penned would be nice. And for breakfast always same mini donuts or princessky never changed. Everything very oily and spicy even fries. Not suitable for small kids. Out boys after 3 days refuse to eat anything and we had to buy them food separately. It was very noisy as people could swimm and play loud music by the pool until late night. There were no restrictions so if you want to sleep early or have small kids not very practical. Beach a bit far but manageable. Cleanness around the pools could be more frequent as people spill drinks and leave cups all around. Floor very slippery.

Hotel was nice, lots to do for kids, food alright although far from great What I have to express is that during our stay 4-15.6. There was a football tournament and all the teams were accommodated at our hotel. Imagine even 10 and more teams of young boys, with no parents, always hungry and very loud... I have absolutely nothing against kids of course! But we came in off-season for the quite time spent on holidays. Instead we were annoyed, constantly fighting for food, drinks, seats... often we came for meal and the food was clearly missing and not refilled. When my kids wanted to get a piece of pizza in the afternoon they couldn't get it as it was all robbed by these young boys. At the pools boys were wild and I worried about my kids safety. Very very loud at night. They are kids, always hungry, nothing new... what annoys me is that we were not informed and warned by the hotel. So unfortunately the overall experience was very poor because of this. If I could save you this experience, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN JUNE!

The room, the animation team. The restaurant: the food is horrible! Ground floor is not properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms!

The swimming pools were fantastic. Big hotel with many, many young people. Do not recommend for family with small kids, it's too noisy. Missing parking spaces.

Disappointing

Aquapark is great for children, especially the small ones. This is the best part of the hotel and my child loved that. Food was good. Location is very nice. All inclusive option was fatnastic. Food is good in general and also alcohol is included in all inclusive option. Hotel has good everything that you need. Even the doctor is there, that was really good. We got the room in which smb smoked before, we could not get rid of the cigarette smell. The problem is that it is allowed to smoke there outside. It means that you can smoke in the garden, in the swimming pool, etc. So, all the smokers among small children. It was not good. Internet was very weak. Could not send emails. We were there in August so hotel was very crowded, you had to wait for the table if wanted to eat. People were everywhere. Aquapart is very nice, however people that book the sunbed for all their friends and book them with towels are the reall nightmare.

The Staff was very friendly and professional. The animation team did great with our daughter. The grill area of the all inclusive saved the dining experience from the mediocrity of the buffet. Our 9-year-old loved the water park. Air conditioning works great. The pools appear poorly maintained, sandy, dirty, and I didn't feel confident in the cleanliness of the water. They did thoroughly clean and sanitize the deck every morning but by the afternoon it still stinks like garbage around the pool. Mosquitos in our room in spite of diligently keeping doors and windows closed.
