    We liked the location at the very end of Sunny Beach, close to Nesebar. The choice of food was actually quite good considering we went end of season and very quiet but the food always cold. The pool and outside area are nice, so is the beach. The room was adequate. Most of the staff were helpful and nice. Free parking was very helpful. as last time find it unacceptable that with an all inclusive package you can't get coffee 24 hours. And the young chap at the bar definitely didn't want to be there. The bathroom door was really stained, one more plug socket would have been good, take an extension lead! The food was always cold, common in Bulgaria but not good for us. The decor of the dining room would do a canteen but when it is busy you might not notice it so much.

    Friendly cleaning staff and outdoor barman, great pool size, comfy beds, pleasant vibe in the common area (but needs some TLC in the rooms, outdated), excellent proximity to the sea; walking distance to nessebar and away from sunny beach crowds No kettles in the room and even with all inclusive you can't get teas/coffees after 5pm! A bit ridiculous given that you can have alcohol and more time consuming cocktails 24h. For parents we specifically asked for a quiet room, but they were put in the loudest location right across the John Smith's pub, where they have live and loud music until 11pm or midnight. So if you are put in those rooms facing the pub, forget about the good sleep until then. Also, they don't collect dirty towels on the floor if it wasn't more than 3/4 nights (even though on the room signs it doesn't mention the timeframe) so don't throw them on the floor too soon, or you will have to beg for clean ones. Good news is cleaning staff is awesome

    The pool area is great. Good food - not to various but tasty and fresh. The stuff is very very friendly even though they don’t speack english very good. 3 min away from the beach. The beach is beautiful. Close to Nessebar - old town. Free parking with video surveillance. The bar is open 24 hours. A small but nice playground for kids. All the pool area is great and clean. The rooms are very small and not to clean. They dont change sheets and towels every day but overall is ok. One room is enough for 2 person but not that ok for 2 person and 1 child.

    all of the above. We liked the location, the staff, and the room . We went after the school holidays which was good for us. The free parking was a bonus. Lovely beach limited hours when you can get coffee, don't understand that, we were all inclusive. The food was good but never hot which is a shame

    Absolutely beautiful hotel. Nothing

    Pro: -room is a little bit small but comfortable, good mattress; -we had emotions about private parking but reception gave me a permit and there were plenty of free spots inside; -the hotel, the pool and its suroundings were pleasant; -all inclusive meals met our expectations. good variety at every meal, great pancakes, pastas and grill, very good vegetables and fruits, mostly good cooked meals, different deserts every day; -bonus snacks and icecream every day; -lovely capuccino. Con: -sketchy cleaning and limited toiletries included (1 mini soap + 1 mini shower gel /person/5 days); -not the happiest bartenders/waiters;

    Excellent location! Really near to the beach, really near to the aqua-park of the hotel next to it, really near to the new town of Nessebar, comparatively near to the old town of Nessebar Quite loud music from the restaurant of the opposite hotel. It would have been better if we had an option in booking.com to choose not the street-view but the swimming-pool view for the room. Quite tiny rooms. We were not able to easily open the fridge when additional bed for the kid was added.

    Located within a short walk from a great beach, this hotel offers fresh and very tasty food (although less varied than in other places, which wasn't really an issue for us, as we'd much rather have fewer choices if the quality is better). The garden with the roses and the swimming pools is lovely and all the areas on the ground floor are modern and elegant. The room could do with a sprucing up (but it was perfectly alright, though). The water in the pools was freezing, so we couldn't really use them BUT, in all fairness, we were there in the beginning of June; the water is probably notably warmer in July or August.

    Spacious pool with clear water and nice garden. Delicious meals every day, drinks (mainly cheap ones) available the whole day in the all-inclusive service. Close to the sea, only 3-4 minutes walk. Quiet neighbourhood and it is close to the main mini-train stops to reach Nessebar or other parts of Sunny Beach. First of all, we were furious because of the fact that in the 21st century, people working at the reception and bar couldn't even speak a word of English or German. We speak English, German, Italian and Hungarian and we tried to make use of all these languages to communicate with staff but it was useless. They only know Bulgarian. It is problematic if you have some problems in your room or need to discuss late checkout. People at the reception were unfriendly, not even a smile and not a little wish to help the guest. No greetings upon arrival, not even asking our name and started searching for our booking. Nonsense. When we arrived, the floor in the room was not mopped, we stepped right into sand and collected hair on our feet. No bathmat in the bathroom. Coffee is terrible. It is Nescafe, not really real coffee. You need to pay for everything that is a little bit better (real Coke, Sprite or beer). The place was very crowded, people were fighting for sunbeds, food and pizza. They served pizza two times a day but you did not have a chance to eat one slice because if the planned amount was taken away, you missed it.

    Disappointing

  • Engine customer Aug 2023

    Good location, food was ok, good local drinks, nice pool. Only one small elevator.

    The hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from the beach. The pool area is well-maintained, and the water is quite pleasant. Additionally, the restaurant offers a diverse range of food options. I have a few suggestions for possible improvements. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room. Additionally, the drink options could be improved (we enjoyed delicious lemonades in the first day, but they were not available afterwards). However, considering everything, it was still a great value for the money.

    - It was dirty. Hairs and dust everywhere in the room. I talked with them and gen response was “the room is very clean” which is not. The bed sheets were dirty. It was an awful stay. The food was bad and the same every single day. Personally, I would never come back.

  • Engine customer Jul 2023

    Everything was perfect, the room is always clear, you can choose from many foods and the sea is 5 minutes away on foot
