The hotel is good but the rooms are far and you have to walk up and down with the bags since there are no elevators the bed sheets didnt look like they were changed, spotted few hairs

An exceptional hotel with equally exceptional people. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Shortly before our trip, my wife had an accident, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us, including informing a nearby clinic. Their care and thoughtfulness made an already difficult time so much easier to bear. We are deeply grateful. Despite the circumstances, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay and are already looking forward to returning. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, and the gym and guest activities like yoga sessions are a great bonus. We also tried the restaurant and the bar, which both deliver, and the spa is excellent with pricing that compares very favorably to outside options. Highly recommended without reservation. Nothing.

Really good breakfast, our flight was at 3:00 a.m. so they made us a 'lunchbox' to take with us to the airport. Great room- comfy bed and large bathroom. The pool in the room is quite small, but the pool next to the room is perfect. the cocktails were quite expensive compared to other places in Thailand

Very polite, helpful staff. Rooms are very clean especially for Phuket standards. Everything in the room is functional and good condition. No mold and moisty conditions at all.

We stayed in the second floor and there is no elevator and the pathway for the rooms are small and cramped

The quality of the bedroom, as the kindness of the staff. I’d say the only think that it was average, it was the restaurant/room service options.

I loved the layout, the gym, pool … everything! Really the best stay for the amount. The staff was so kind and helpful. I didn’t not like anything, honestly !

Both pools are quite small and the image you see online can be a little misleading but it still looks nice. For a country like Thailand, the breakfast is quite expensive. I was offered a discount and it was still more expensive than most dinners I had in fancy restaurants. Lastly I found a dead bug (not sure what type in my room) on my bed, I mentioned to the staff in the morning as I was going on a trip, they apologised, but I expected some sort of compensation in terms of maybe an upgrade or something. But all I got was sorry about that and housekeeping

The only thing that didn't go well was the amount of rain but that was somewhat expected due to traveling during the raining season. Other than that, there were no notable issues with our time there.

I had an AMAZING stay at Outrigger Surin Beach Resort. The staff were fantastic and accommodating to my every request, down to my early check-in and even Netflix setup. Each and every staff were soooo polite and welcoming, it really made my stay there a pleasant one. Nana Relax Massage Surin Beach is like 3 doors down and it’s also about 3 mins walk to the beach. Had my daily morning latte at Nalu Bar and Grill and the pad thai there is also good. If i ever go back to Phuket, i will be staying here again for sure!! Honestly, nothing bad whatsoever about the hotel. Just that there was no sun and it kept raining and raining and raining… nothing the establishment could do about that. So, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean and hygienic, and the food was decent. The location is peaceful, yet very accessible — the beach is just around 200 meters away, right across the road, making it perfect for beach lovers. The vibe of the place is truly awesome. The staff were fairly friendly and very cooperative. Special appreciation goes to the reception staff — always smiling and offering great support, which is truly appreciated. Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay near the beach. pool is not that big as i expected, but it's ok
