Location was amazing!! Lots of restaurants, and shops, walkable everywhere! Right next to central station and a light rail stop right outside the hostel. The beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. The staff were friendly and nice. You can hear people coming in and out of their rooms because the doors slam shut too loudly. The lift can sometimes take forever. The bathrooms are a little rundown but water pressure and hot water was great! The breakfast was not exciting, just cereal and bread and I think coffee but its free so I appreciated it.

Very nice. Very organized. So easy to check in. Easy to leave. Beautiful quiet area. Nice kitchen. Everything really so nice. I be back again for sure I like everything about the property.

One of the toilets in the sixth floor were broken

Some people seem to be living there. One lady in our room would return at 4:30 AM and wake us up. The beds could use curtains.

Location, forced-air ventilation No chair/stool in dorm for top bunk guests to sit for dressing.

Staff were very on top of cleaning. Even the dish racks were emptied relatively regularly; they'd only get close to overflowing at meal times.

Guests were on their phones in the hallway speaking loudly in the middle of the night. Placing signs in the hallways saying o cell phone usage might be helpful.

Free morning Bed was uncomfortable.

I especially like the location, which is very close to the central station. Another was that the currency exchange was close to the hotel. The shower space was not necessarily clean.
