Proximity to the places that we were visiting in Sydney. Nice, private hotel with all the amenities that you needed. Perhaps a little more food options for later at night.

I had a great and relaxing stay! Special shoutout to Mogi & Potpot for their exceptional service, who worked exceptionally throughout my visit. They are excellent communicators, very attentive to evey need, and consistently deliver outstanding service. Two thumbs up for both of them. The location is also perfect! - centered near all major transport options, making it easy to reach every place I needed to visit, near to souvenir shops (cheaper in down Hay Market). Overall, a great and comfortable stay. Everything was great, but I did miss having a bidet in the bathroom. It's part of my daily routine, so having one would make the stay even better.

Location and staff NAD

The location was very convenient and easy to get around from. The bedsheets were noticeably unclean upon arrival and were not changed properly during our stay. Because of this, I felt itchy and uncomfortable every single night.
-
great location, plenty of things to see, eat and do car park location is tricky for non Sydney drivers
-
Great location, so close to restaurants, theatre, and public transport. Large room and great staff

Location to theatre and Chinatown Parking arrangements, check in process was a bit confusing, beds were not comfy, pillows were all same type, large and thick with no neck support- hotels these days need to offer range of different pillow types

Location excellent, staff pleasant, breakfast Continental but good, very clean and attractive room. No phone to contact reception. Required physically going in lift or making external phone call and progressing through menu to get reception. No free to air TV. Ridiculous solution suggested was to download 7Plus and 9 Now etc from the Ap Store to our own device, then scan the QR code on the TV and cast to it. Unbelievable!!! Pillows were incredibly large and packed tightly. Nobody could sleep on one that high. In the bathroom the shower curtain hangs 20 cms above the floor, so the water splashes throughout the room, which is unfortunate as there is nothing to put your clothes on so they all get wet. There isn’t even a lid on the toilet!!! Similarly toiletries need to be deposited on the floor as there is nowhere else to put them. If you do manage to order a drink to your room, using the previously mentioned process of contacting reception, you may have to wait 25 minutes for it to arrive. Soooo I suggest you go to the theatre and have one there or you may miss your show.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with good coffee. Beds were incredibly comfortable, the room faced the inside of the Capitol Square Centre and this meant the room was very quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring the city. Perfect location, very central and close to public transport to go a bit further afield too. Nothing, we loved it!

The location, the cleanliness and the staff The bed was comfortable but the pillows, i found them a little uncomfortable to sleep on as a side sleeper.

Very convenient location, hotel was good and would definitely stay there again The pillows were way to high for me - gladly I asked them to be replaced and the housekeepers gave me a softer one.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, discreet. Room well equipped and better than a lot of surrounding places Not a significant number of amenities, but you know this prior to booking.
