Good location The bed was a on the firmer side and it was very clean.

Very convenient location close to the train station, food joints, convenience stores and shopping centres. Reasonable size room with comfortable beds, nice bathroom facilities, power outlets, WiFi with decent speeds. The themes for each room is also unique. Breakfast is good with rotation of food items across the duration of the stay. Bread is good. Check-in was a bit messy with no particular queue order since the lobby is an open area.

Breakfast buffet is excellent! Kids play areas are great for people with kids. Washer and dryer are only 20 NT each. Perfect location: across the street from the train station! No window in the room.

Great location, interesting interior design. Very very strict check in times, made us wait 30minutes until the exact check in time, checking in was a nightmare - i was given someone's else account and room initially. Breakfast was very average, the coffee auto machines mostly not working, the interesting light in the bedroom was multi changing - which meant it was distracting. The noise from the water pipes from the room next door sounded as if there was a cyclone next door - there are signs saying no shower/bath after about about 9pm i think it was...

cute room, comfortable bed, great location next to the old train station where there’s food and shopping stalls, indoor play area was a hit for my toddler Checkin is at 3pm and there’s no earlier checkin option (even for a fee)

Very kind staff, the design of the rooms is cool. Good location, near the station. The walls are very thin, it is difficult to rest.

Would be a bit more convenient if receptionists speak at least a bit English, however a very mild inconvenience. Great stay besides that!

Close to rail station and night market and shopping mall We arrived at 2.15pm and were advised by reception that check in is not allowed until 3.00pm. The made us wait until exactly 3.00pm in the reception area. I asked at 2.50pm if it was ok to check in but was advised not until 3.00pm. The female seemed to make it personal, so this was not a good start. Photos of reception staff attached.

The location was superbly accessible, right beside the old Taichung rail station so it was just by one of the places we wanted to go! - it had markets going all day with little pop up shops. It had a 7eleven close by, a familymart a little walk away and a nice big 11 storey mall (taroko mall) a few blocks down. Children's play area was nice to have to let kids blow off some steam as parents get laundry done. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but was a homely spread. The area for eating was really cramped and had us sharing tables with other guests. Facilities were old and they only had the one (really slow) lift going. Four people couldn't fit in the lift with bags. We had a stroller too so it took a long time to get an empty lift in the morning to get down to breakfast.
