Hotel Gladius inn

The room was surprisingly dusty, which made it seem as though it hadn’t been properly vacuumed. Also, I wouldn’t recommend having high expectations for the breakfast.

The best hotel among the dozens I’ve been to. Best thing about it is staff. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make my stay better and simpler. Location is absolutely perfect. Next to a small park, just between two food stores. Close to subway. Beautiful view I guess the stairs. I was fine, but I think there’s a lot of people who would struggle bringing their luggage up and down. Th stairs are very steep. I’m sure the staff would help, but still…

Stayed there with family, staff is nice, room was perfect, location is also good. Breakfast needs some improvement if charging. Lift is not there, however staff help to bring the luggage.

Good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was excellent We didn't understand how the cleaning was working. They didn't clean the room, so we had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Room, ac, bed, toilet, cleanliness, location. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was great too, and the ladies preparing it were very nice!!

The ac took very long to cool the room and it was boiling hot when we arrived at night

Exceptional

Interior is stilish, Personal is welcoming and friendly, there was option for a Laundry Service, which we needed during our stay. Breakfast buffet is relatively small, although everything was despite that quite delicious. Parking place is little bit hard to reach and there is a barriere which every time required additional time and action to be opened. Still thankful for having a parking place in the city centre.

My children liked the rooms with bed upstair. Very spacious room for our family of 4 (2 Teenagers). The location is a positive as there are many options for restaurants within 700mtrs including Georgian, Turkish, Indian. Main tourist attractions are very near it takes hardly 4-5GEL on a taxi. Importantly all thanks to the hotel staff and special thanks to the front desk lady Ana. As I planned to travel on my own without a tour package. Ms. Ana helped and advised the attractions I can plan for the day. She had further ensured to communicate with the cab driver the drop of point so that we are not lost in a place where it's hard to find help in English. Breakfast is decent with English breakfast freshly made. Parking available if you have rented a car, which I did. My suggestion when booking Gladius Inn. Plan your luggage in one piece for the no. Of days u stay and keep the rest of the unused luggage back in the car. As there is no elevator and carrying all the luggage by self will be little exhausting. Else stay was very relaxing and budget friendly. I chose to stay again in the same hotel coming back from my Gudauri trip. Choosing such hotels will make the trip such successful without any obstacles if travelling first time. All the best Gladius Inn and thank you...
