Location, Service, breakfast We lived in a standard room, it was too tiny, and the door to the bathroom is designed in the way that does not allow it to close firmly. This creates a lot of discomfort if you are not alone in the room and would like to use bathroom. There is zero sound proofing.

2-nd stay in IOTA. For business. Great and helpful staff. Upgraded to garden view room free of charge on arrival at 6 am. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms Little bit small rooms for 8 night staying. No more negative

The location was perfect and amazing. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant was very good as well. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There wasn’t much to complain about, the price-to-quality ratio was reasonable overall.

Lovely place to stay when you’re in Tbilisi. All items provided. There’s always cigarette smell coming in the room even when my window was closed. The heater is also centralized, so it was (too) hot during my stay. The receptionist suggested I switch off the AC (since it wasn’t cooling) and open the windows. Works out if I don’t close the curtains. No gym in the building. I inquired regarding an extension, but no one replied to me.

I booked my room with garden's view and I paid more because of view, but unfortunately my room did not have any view, I started to complain about my room's view, but they did not change my room as they saw what kind of room I booked, and I asked staffs it is fine if you do not have any available room with garden's view, just pay me back, unfortunately they did not accept to pay me back as well. this was kind of scamming the customer because every room has different prices based on view, they took money for nice view, but they gave me room without any view. Also, they do not give good service for breakfast, if something was finished they did not refill and they do not provide good breakfast.

Everything was great — the location, the atmosphere, and the lobby, which is honestly one of the nicest I’ve seen. However, the rooms are very small, which was the only downside of the stay.
